Welding equipment is the key equipment of cold rolling production line in iron and steel enterprises.The stability of welding equipment determines the normal operation of cold rolling production line.Baosteel abrasion after system reform,the original welding equipment management system is broken,abrasion welder welding machine mechanical and electrical equipment on the plant tally areas of management,personnel changes,new staff to maintain welding equipment characteristics of the master is not enough,for different cold rolling production line of welding equipment management needs to know,the original management system is not adapt to the new welding machine equipment management needs.In order to solve the problems of welding equipment management,abrasion improves the management level of the welding machine equipment abrasion,stable welding equipment abrasion state,this paper takes Baosteel abrasion welding equipment management activities as the research object,in learning how to use the theory of equipment management and analysis of domestic and foreign advanced enterprise management experience to implement TPM,based on the research management problems that exist in the welding machine abrasion,based on the TPM management theory of cold welding equipment management improvement plan,specific content is as follows:(1)Comprehensively analyze the development process and characteristics of equipment management theory and TPM management basic theory,study the equipment management system of well-known iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad,and learn from the advanced equipment management experience of iron and steel enterprises at home and abroad.(2)Introduces the current situation of welding equipment management in the cold rolling mill of Baosteel,and analyzes the reasons for the deterioration of welding equipment status and poor equipment management effect after the reform of the cold rolling mill system.The management system of welder is not running smoothly,and TPM management is not fully engaged;Personnel change greatly,technical quality can not meet the requirements;The standard of maintenance and management is not perfect,and the maintenance of professional spot inspection is not effective;The shortage of field improvement leads to more difficult faults of welding machine,which seriously affects the stable operation of cold rolling production line.(3)Aiming at the problems existing in the management of welder in cold rolling mill,the improvement scheme of welder equipment management based on TPM management was proposed.For example,set up the technical team of cold rolling welder and set up the production and maintenance system of all welders;Carry out professional technical training of welder to improve personnel maintenance technical level;Sort out and optimize the welding machine maintenance standards,regulate daily spot inspection and professional maintenance work;5WHY analysis method is introduced to improve the field problems.At the same time,the spot inspection operation area of the welder takes part in the establishment of Baosteel Golden Bull team,and continuously improves the basic management ability of the welder.(4)Study the implementation guarantee plan of the welder equipment management improvement scheme based on TPM management,pilot implementation of the welder equipment management improvement scheme on individual production lines,and preliminary implementation results have been achieved.The research results will promote the further development of the welder equipment management activities in the cold rolling mill of Baosteel,and provide support for improving the equipment operation efficiency and ensuring the normal production.
