| Oil rig is a professional machine for oil and gas drilling.Oil rig is an indispensable equipment in the process of exploitation.Traditional drilling rig training has the problems of high risk,long cycle,and inability to repeat operations.To address the bottleneck of traditional drilling rig training,virtual reality and augmented reality have been introduced into drilling rig training.This not only reduces the risks of on-site practical training,but also overcomes the limitations of time and space,and reduces the cost of talent cultivation.The main research and development work of this thesis includes:(1)Building a Virtual Environment for Intelligent Drilling Machine Training System.The3 D well site model is constructed by using 3Ds Max software;The 3D well site model is rendered by the Unity3 D development tool,and the virtual environment of the well site is built by Unity3D;The actual working environment of the well site is reproduced.(2)Develop virtual collaborative training system for intelligent drilling rigs.This chapter mainly develops modules for registration and login,well site roaming,single person operation,and multi person collaboration.The registration login module uses the UGUI component of Unity3 D to design the interactive interface,and uses the Player Prefs data access function in Unity3 D to complete the registration login task.The well roaming module has developed a navigation map function to help users confirm the roaming location.The first person controller is used to control the movement of roles,and the learning mode of wellsite equipment is developed through collision detection technology.The single-person job module uses mouseoriented dragging technology and Outline Effect plug-in to achieve manual split operation,and combines scripts to achieve automatic split and assembly of device models.Design the splitting and assembling script of the motor to realize the automatic splitting and assembling operation of the motor.Based on Mirror plug-in,the multiplayer module maintains the consistency of the scene,and enables collaborative interaction and online communication among multiple users.(3)Develop an intelligent drilling augmented reality training system.First,the picture recognition library is obtained by using the picture recognition mechanism of Vuforia SDK.Then,import the library into Unity3 D in the form of.Unitypackage;Configure the Unity AR environment.Finally,AR well site equipment cognitive module and AR rig equipment operation module are developed.(4)Testing and publishing the intelligent drilling training system.The virtual collaborative training system and augmented reality training system are tested in function and in whole.Testing registered login,well roaming,single-person operation,multi-person collaboration and virtual collaboration system respectively.Tests AR well site equipment recognition and AR rig model operation in augmented reality training system.The function test results of the system are as expected.Finally,the tested system is published to PC and Andriod mobile respectively.The virtual collaboration and augmented reality intelligent drilling training system developed not only improves the training efficiency,enriches the learning methods of users,but also improves the digitization and visualization of oil fields,which is of great significance for the development of new training mode for oil fields. |
