In recent years,under the dual pressure of "serious overcapacity" and "environmental protection",the transformation and upgrading of China’s steel industry has become inevitable.For many iron and steel enterprises,the traditional competition model has been difficult to play its expected role.Under the new situation of rapidly intensifying market competition,if major enterprises want to occupy a certain market share,they must always adhere to the concept of innovation,extend the industrial chain,improve the awareness of energy conservation and environmental protection,accelerate the development and creation of advanced technologies,and make enterprises move towards technological innovation,environmental protection and resource-intensive development,Implement reasonable enterprise development strategic planning to realize rapid transformation and upgrading of iron and steel enterprises,and maintain and further enhance their core competitiveness in domestic and foreign markets.As an important part of the extension of the steel industry chain,the depth and breadth of steel deep processing will directly affect the future development of the steel industry.This paper takes F steel Company as an example,uses strategic management theory to build the core framework,and focuses on analyzing the current macro development environment of steel processing industry by using PEST model;Using Porter’s five forces analysis model,analyze the unpredictable external environment faced by F Company;Use SWOT analysis method to analyze the potential development advantages and challenges faced by F Company,and analyze the existing problems and reasons of the existing competitive strategy management of the enterprise;Discuss how F Company can play its own advantages,adapt to the background of the times,maintain its competitiveness in the wave of competition in the industry,and put forward safeguard measures to optimize the implementation of the competitive strategy based on the actual situation.The overview of the innovation points of this paper is that in view of the lack of research on the optimization of the competitive strategy of the steel bar processing enterprises,especially the small and medium-sized steel bar processing enterprises,and the new background of the gradual transformation of the traditional steel bar processing business model to the Internet model under the influence of the epidemic situation,this paper,through the analysis and optimization of the competitive strategy of F Company,hopes to find a suitable way for the sustainable development of the small and medium-sized steel bar processing enterprises in China,The way to strengthen its competitive advantage.The research in this paper is of great significance to the survival and development of small and medium-sized steel bar processing enterprises in the face of current new challenges.
