Research On Safety Production Management Of S Coal Mine Company

Safe production is an enduring topic and has always been widely concerned.At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy,coal,as the basic energy that has made an important contribution,its safety in production is particularly noticeable.With the continuous promotion of the standardized management of production safety in China,the in-depth implementation of the three-year national special rectification of production safety,and the introduction and implementation of the"fifteen hard measures" and other systems of production safety,the overall situation of production safety in China has maintained a stable and positive trend,and the level of production safety management of enterprises has been improved.However,as a traditional high-risk industry,coal mine production safety accidents occur from time to time,which poses a serious threat to the safety of people’s lives and property,and also has a bad social impact.Improving the safety production management level of coal mining enterprises is a highly concerned issue of the society,and is also the top priority of coal mining enterprise management.This paper takes S coal mine company as the research object to study its safety production management,aiming at improving its safety production management level and putting forward improvement countermeasures for maintaining safe and stable production.Through consulting materials and interviews,the status quo and existing problems of safety production management in S coal mine enterprises were investigated and studied.Based on literature research and expert team research,a total of 18 factors affecting the safety production management of S coal mining enterprise in terms of personnel,equipment and facilities,environment,and management were selected and identified.An evaluation index system was established based on these 18 factors,and the level of safety production management of S coal mining enterprise was quantitatively evaluated using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Based on the information obtained from the investigation and the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the problems and causes of S Coal Mine Enterprise were comprehensively analyzed.Finally,based on MMEM theory and PDCA model,corresponding improvement measures are proposed from four aspects:personnel,equipment and facilities,environment,management system,and mechanism,respectively,from the four stages of planning,implementation,inspection,and disposal optimization.
