With the extension of Chinese oil field production time,more and more oil field operation equipment problems.As a result,workover operations,especially minor repairs,are increasingly required.At present,most minor repair operations generally adopt manual operation with low mechanization degree,which is not only inefficient but also prone to dangerous situations for workers.In order to improve workover efficiency and reduce workover labor intensity,it is very necessary to study the mechanization and automation of workover operation.Therefore,it is very important to develop workover rig with automatic control system technology.Based on a lot of literature and books,this paper puts forward the design requirements of workover rig automation system.According to the requirement,the structure improvement scheme is put forward based on the traditional manual pipe pliers and rod pliers,so that it can meet the requirements of automatic up and down shackle.The lifting clamp which can realize automatic clamping and loosening of oil rod and oil pipe is designed.In order to meet the mechanical structure requirements of the workover rig automation system,the whole design is carried out for the unloading device part of the workover rig,the big arm material transfer mechanism and the wellhead center column platform.According to the mechanical structure of workover rig and the requirements of the automation system of workover rig,the hydraulic system of the key working part of the workover rig is designed and studied.The hydraulic circuit system of the big arm rotary device and the shackle hydraulic circuit system of the power clamp of the workover rig are simulated by using the AMESim hydraulic simulation software,and the data of the simulation results are analyzed.It provides reference for the field debugging later.The hardware and software of workover rig are designed.The overall hardware design of the control system is set up,and some key hardware is selected.The main circuit of control system is designed according to the hardware of workover rig system.And based on the operation requirements of workover rig,the hardware design of the operation control panel at the feeding end,the wellhead end and the hydraulic station end is carried out.The computer control software of automatic workover machine is designed through Kunlun Tongtai industrial computer,and the upper computer interface is designed by MCGS configuration software,including automatic interface,manual interface,calibration interface,process parameter interface and alarm interface.In addition,according to the actual field conditions,the automatic workover rig is designed,including automatic oil pipe,automatic oil pipe,automatic oil rod,automatic oil rod,to ensure the workover function of the automatic system of the workover rig.Finally,on the basis of the automatic control system,the workover rig equipment assembly and field debugging are carried out.The preliminary pressure setting is carried out by referring to the simulation results of the hydraulic circuit and the rationality of the simulation is verified.In this paper,the problems of field debugging are analyzed and solved.After continuous debugging and testing,except for part of the process requires manual cooperation of workers,others can complete automatic workover operation under the control of automatic control system.
