Research And Development Of Safety Risk Prevention And Control Information System For Coal Mine Enterprises

With the rapid development of science and technology in the new era,human beings are increasingly able to exploit mineral resources by relying on technology and energy.However,once coal mine safety accidents happen,casualties and property losses will be caused,which is not conducive to social stability.Therefore,to strengthen the coal mine safety risk prevention and control ability as the main purpose,the development of a set of intelligent safety risk prevention and control information system,to reduce the occurrence of coal mine safety accidents has a very high practical value.First analyzed the domestic and foreign coal mine safety management,risk prevention and control information system,found out the deficiencies.Secondly based on the theory of safety assessment,enterprise risk prevention and control,from "man,machine,ring,pipe" subdivide the risk indexes in four aspects,and then based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to build evaluation model,provided the basis for system development.Then based on the principle of system,analysis of technical and economic feasibility,function structure,database design system logic and concept.Finally,based on B/S architecture,JSP,Java,My SQL database,and SSM framework for development,with risk prevention and control home page and system management,safety management,emergency management,equipment management,production management of the five subsystems,user permissions are different,the interface displayed after logging in the system is different.The risk prevention and control home page of the system can dynamically display the real-time data in each subsystem,which is conducive to enterprise leaders at all levels to grasp all kinds of data information in time,improve the work efficiency of the staff,and meet the needs of intelligent development of enterprise security risk prevention and control.Figure 29;Table 22;Reference 49...
