Research On Risk Management Of Gas Station Reconstruction Project

With the rapid development of Chinese economy,service demand of gas station industry is increasing unceasingly,and the renovation project of gas station has gradually become a hot spot in transportation related engineering.In the face of fierce competition in the refined oil market,gas stations need to constantly strengthen their core competitiveness if they want to occupy a favorable position in the competition,so they need to constantly upgrade and transform to improve their own strength and achieve long-term development.However,the gas station is a high-risk area,many risk factors caused by security problems are difficult to solve,easy to staff life and property safety caused huge losses.Gas station renovation project has its own special engineering characteristics,and the number of safety risk factors in the renovation process is numerous and complicated,which is difficult to determine,which poses a great threat to the risk control of gas station renovation project.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering practice value to carry out research on the risk management of petrol station renovation projects and evaluate the risk factors in petrol station renovation projects to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents in petrol station renovation projects.The paper takes the renovation project of petrol station as the research object,discusses the risk factors existing in the renovation process of petrol station,uses the project risk management theory and research methods,identifies and analyzes the main risk factors of petrol station renovation project,constructs the risk evaluation index system,and puts forward the countermeasures according to the order of risk from high to low,taking D petrol station renovation project as an example.Firstly,the paper identified and analyzed the risk factors of the renovation project of petrol station by literature research,Delphi method and questionnaire survey,and obtained 8 first-level risk factors and 30 second-level risk factors.Secondly,by evaluating the risk factors of the gas station renovation project,the risk evaluation index of the gas station renovation project is constructed,and the risk evaluation index system of the gas station renovation project is established.Thirdly,through case analysis,the hierarchical analysis model of petrochina D gas station renovation project is established,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out on petrochina D gas station renovation project,and the risk factors of petrochina D gas station renovation project are sorted according to the degree of influence.Finally,specific risk prevention strategies are proposed according to the high risk,medium risk and low risk classification according to the sequence of risk factors influencing degree of D gas station renovation project.
