| With the development of society and the rapid change of technology,various industries have increasingly higher requirements for the product quality of micro metal wires,especially in aerospace,integrated circuit and intelligent manufacturing industries.There is still a gap in the field of micro wire processing in China compared with foreign countries.It is of great significance to study how to improve the drawing quality of micro wire.In this paper,a new multi pass drawing process of micro wire is designed.Combined with the new process,the mechanical structure and electrical control system are built.Based on the analysis of wire drawing tension,a fuzzy PID drawing tension control algorithm based on Kalman filter is proposed,and the research on tension control of drawing equipment is carried out.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1)Combined with the principle of wire drawing,the basic conditions for wire drawing are defined,The characteristics and requirements of micro wire drawing process are analyzed.Combined with the common sliding drawing process,a new micro wire drawing process is designed.The new drawing process applies back tension to the metal wire before the drawing die,absorbs the advantages of the existing drawing process and improves the drawing level.According to the new wire drawing process,the drawing equipment structure is designed,and the modular design idea is adopted to reduce the equipment development cost.2)according to the new drawing process,the drawing tension in the wire drawing process is analyzed.The analysis results show that the main factor affecting the wire drawing tension is the speed difference of the motor before and after the wire drawing die.According to the tension analysis results,the control scheme and electrical system are designed.Combined with the control scheme,the tension control system is divided into three parts:Servo part,swing rod part and encoder part.The three parts are analyzed by mathematical modeling and the system model is built in the environment of MATLAB / Simulink.3)The conventional control algorithm has poor control effect on the micro wire drawing system.In this paper,the fuzzy control is used to improve the PID control algorithm to solve the problem of poor follow-up of PID control.The fuzzy PID control algorithm for micro wire drawing is designed by using Matlab toolbox,and the simulation analysis is carried out.The simulation results show that the PID algorithm based on fuzzy control has small overshoot,fast response speed and strong antiinterference ability.Based on the complexity of wire drawing process and the great influence of interference noise on control performance,a Kalman filter algorithm is proposed to improve fuzzy PID control.The simulation shows that the introduction of Kalman filter algorithm can effectively reduce various noise interference in equipment operation.4)According to the new drawing process and drawing tension control algorithm,a five axis linkage control scheme is proposed.According to the control scheme,Panasonic M8N16 T is selected as the main controller and A6 series servo is selected as the actuator.Then,the configuration debugging and algorithm programming of the control equipment are carried out in the servo software.Doing drawing experiment and The results show that the swing rod can be stable at the set position in the drawing process.When manually adding interference,the self-adjusting time of the test pendulum position shall not exceed 3S.In the whole drawing process,the drawing tension is stable,and the range is controlled at 9 ± 0.1N.The surface quality of the finished wire obtained by processing is significantly improved compared with that before processing,The new drawing process and drawing tension control algorithm can meet the processing requirements and have high engineering practice value. |
