| The casing is an indispensable and precise part in the process of oil exploitation.Along with the unceasing progress exploitation technology,the performance of casing is also improving.Although the improvement of material and structure can greatly improve the casing performance,but the requirements of processing and manufacturing are exponentially increased.High-performance structure,quality and efficiency processing have become the main contradiction in casing manufacturing industry.In order to effectively control the cost,casing manufacturers are increasingly demanding for the degree of automation production line.The key point is unmanned,digital and informationize for controlling the cost,improving the efficiency and quality.The fusion level of information and automation directly influence the overall of the casing pipe manufacturing.This paper studies the casing manufacturing industry of CNOOC Ener Tech Equipment Technology Co.Ltd development issues and improve from the manufacturing process,production management,equipment utilization and production transparency of four dimensions.In view of the problem of enterprise insufficient production capacity,we comprehensively analyzed manufacturing process,equipment quantity,equipment lay out and process connection,select the optimal scheme and format a high automation production line with high production efficiency and low personnel demand.Aiming at the phenomenon of poor effectiveness management and inaccurate production data,the company customized and developed MES system to carry out modular design of each business process of product manufacturing,realizing the business informatization of plan management,operation management and quality management,and achieving the goal of lean production management.In view of the low effective utilization equipment and open core program confidential,DNC&SCADA system was introduced to collect the operating status and production data of the equipment,so as to seek the highest OEE of the equipment.Centralized control of the program,as needed to protect the intellectual property rights of enterprises.Aiming at the scene where the production data is not intuitive and opaque,we custom and develop the digital twin visualization system to realize the real-time data docking between virtual factory and physical factory,and synchronize to the production large screen,board and other components,so as to realize the transparency and visualization of production data.This paper summarizes the experience of digital transformation in traditional manufacturing industry and puts forward a complete set of digital transformation solutions for casing manufacturing industry.The plan is designed from several dimensions such as casing manufacturing process research,production line layout design,equipment selection,production digitalization management,equipment data collection,virtual production line mapping,etc.,which can make the information of the whole manufacturing cycle of products transparent,digitized and visualized,and break the phenomenon of internal data isolation in enterprises. |
