With the rapid development of digitization and informatization,the emergence and application of new technologies such as industrial internet,cloud computing,and big data have driven the transformation of traditional mechanical manufacturing to modern manufacturing.Small and medium-sized processing enterprises have encountered problems such as uneven distribution of manufacturing resources,low production efficiency,"information silos," and limited resources during the process of digital transformation.This study proposes a cloud manufacturing model for wire-cutting production,constructs a cloud-based mathematical model for wire-cutting processing design and simulation,designs digital workshop functions and architecture,and realizes a complete cloud service platform framework.The study proposes an order-based wire-cutting processing drawing,process design,numerical control programming,and simulation verification business process,as well as a cloud manufacturing model for order management,production scheduling,and manufacturing execution.The research mainly includes:1)Propose an architecture for wire-cutting workshops based on cloud platforms.After analyzing the shortcomings of traditional workshop control systems,a new workshop cloud platform system is constructed.Through an analysis of the workshop business operations in the cloud environment,the overall layout and system logic architecture of the workshop based on the cloud platform are designed.Furthermore,the architecture is analyzed from three dimensions: functionality,technology,and value.2)Attribute description and modeling of wire-cut manufacturing resources for digital workshop.The required manufacturing resources for wire-cutting processing are collected,sorted,and classified,and their machine tool processing capabilities,fixture and tooling,working fluid,electrode wire,and process knowledge attributes are digitally modeled and described.The wire-cutting process preparation and process are organized,and the relationship between wire-cutting process electrical parameters and process indicators is analyzed.Based on this,a cloud-based mechanism model for wire-cutting processing design and simulation is established.3)Research on Distributed Scheduling Algorithm in Cloud Manufacturing Mode.The scheduling problem of a wire-cutting processing workshop with distributed characteristics under the cloud manufacturing mode is decomposed into three sub-problems: selecting the factory for processing workpieces,determining the processing order,and selecting the processing equipment.Mathematical models are abstractly analyzed and established.A comparison and analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of various intelligent algorithms are conducted,and a suitable distributed scheduling algorithm for the cloud environment is selected and optimized.The superiority of the improved distributed scheduling algorithm is verified through numerical calculations and simulation analysis.4)Developed and implemented a wire-cutting cloud platform system.Based on the analysis of traditional business requirements,the structure and functions of the cloud platform system are designed.Suitable development environments and tools are selected,and the six major entity classes of manufacturing resources involved in wire-cutting processing business are stored in the cloud database.The server deployment and data storage are completed on Alibaba Cloud.The final wire-cutting cloud platform system includes ten main functions,such as workshop management,process management,and equipment management,as well as 27sub-functions,and the performance testing of the system is completed.In this study,the wire cutting cloud platform system is designed to realize the effective integration and sharing of manufacturing resources.Through industrial Internet platform deployment modeling,numerical control programming,trajectory simulation,machine tool operation monitoring and other industrial software to achieve the digital collaborative design;Shop Kanban visualization technology and distributed flexible scheduling algorithm are applied to provide a flexible and efficient production control mode.This paper provides reference for the cloud manufacturing model of SME manufacturing workshop.
