The rapid development of China’s economy and scientific technology will inevitably have a negative impact on the environment.Speaking of improper disposal of waste, the continuous upgrading of consumer demand not only accelerates the product update iteration, but also increases the number of obsolete products, which will undoubtedly slow down the pace of the country’s development of circular economy.Driven by policies such as the national producer responsibility extension system, many corporates have built Closed-Loop Supply Chain(CLSC)to realize the reduction and remanufacturing of waste products. What’s more, they actively took on the Enviromental Responsibility of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR),which helped them establish brand image and expand corporate influence.Previous studies have shown that when the entities of the CLSC undertake CSR,the recycling rate of waste products can be effectively improved, but there are few scholars take the recycling quality as decision variable when they study the CLSC with CSR.However, the uneven recycling quality and the weak awareness of consumers on recycling have become a major problem in the reuse of waste resources in real life. Therefore,in the context of supply chain entities undertaking CSR,studying the issue of whether recycling quality can be effectively improved is conducive to improve the theoretical system of CLSC and will build a more balanced relationship between economic and environmental benefits.Based on the above background, this paper firstly constructs a manufacturer-led secondary CLSC with CSR.It assumes that the recycler decides the quality of the waste product. There are four decision models, including centralized model and three decentralized models with different recovery modes.Based on this,it mainly studies the impact of CSR input level on the recycling quality of waste products and the profit of supply chain entities. Then, aiming at narrowing the gap in the equilibrium results of between the centralized and decentralized models,a Revenue-Sharing contract and Two-part Tariff contract were introduced to coordinate the difference. All of these conclusions have been analyzed and shown by using the numerical simulation method. Finally,it takes the CLSC of the computer products led by Lenovo Group as the research object, collecting and sorting out the relevant data of its CLSC and conducting empirical analysis, which provides verification of the model’s rationality in this paper. The research draws the following conclusions: First, with the improvement of the manufacturer’s investment in CSR,the recycling quality of waste products will be improved whatever the recycling mode is.And it has been verified the higher recycling rate can promote the recycling quality.Second, when the retailers committed to recycling, lower retail prices can better stimulate consumer demand and the higher recycling quality of waste products can improved economic profits of manufacturers and retailers. This is why the retailer recycling model is superior to the other two models. On the contrary, the third-party recycling model is always the worst.Third, when the manufacturer undertakes a certain degree of CSR,the economic profit of the channel leader manufacturer is always higher than that of its followers. From the perspective of economic profit and social benefits improvement of CLSC entities, the Revenue Sharing contract can effectively coordinate CLSC under decentralized model which is dominated by manufacturers. As far as the coordination effect of manufacturers’ total profits is concerned, the coordination effect of Two-part Tariff is inferior to that of Revenue Sharing contracts.
