A Case Study Of The Future Ecological City Construction Of Dayi County In The Perspective Of Production And City Integration

The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes that the green transformation of the development mode is green,and the greening and low-carbonization of economic and social development are a key link for achieving high-quality development.Green development has always been an important part of Xi Jinping’s thought of ecological civilization.The development of “green” is a sustainable development model based on the principle of harmonious symbiosis of people and nature,and a low-carbon cycle production method as a measure.At present,my country’s economy has entered a new stage of development and requires us to continue to pursue high-quality development.The integration of production and cities as an effective means to promote urbanization and high-quality development.Since the construction of the demonstration area in 2015,it has received widespread attention.The local governments have built a number of integrated development projects for production and cities,which has improved strong motivation for local economic development.But at the same time,how to effectively guide the development of the development logic of “producing cities”to“people in the city”,to promote the organic integration of regional ecology,production,and living,and help the high-quality development of the regional economy is still the key points and difficulties of practice process of public management of governments in various local governments.This article conducts research and analysis of the cases of the construction of the“Future Ecological City” of Dayi County.The research methods used mainly include literature research,case research,field interviews,etc.,with new public management theory,the theory of power change organizations,and collaborative governance theory as the theoretical foundation as the theoretical basis Essence First of all,the background of the future ecological city construction of Dayi County was analyzed,and it was pointed out that under the current situation,the local government’s difficulty in developing the industrial economy in a single development of the industrial economy was concluded that the importance and necessity of the development and city integration project of Dayi County was concluded.Then analyze the development,specific practices and results of the future ecological city construction of Dayi County.Then,in combination with the important factors of the main collaboration relationship,management mechanism construction,and urban interaction during the construction of this project,the case was analyzed in detail.Core influencing factor in results.Finally,it is concluded that local governments have no obvious competitive advantage in other aspects,and should take the creation of ecological environment as the guide,and build production-city integration projects through multi-subject cooperation,management mechanism construction and benign interaction between production and city,so as to promote the high-quality development of local economy.This paper puts forward feasible reference opinions for us to study the development model of local government’s integration of production and city,and also provides some experience for future development of integration projects of production and city in various places,especially in the western region.
