Study On Green Supply Chain Management Optimization Strategy Of C Automobile Company

Nowadays,extreme weather happens frequently and environmental protection calls are rising.The appearance of climate change is an environmental problem,but its essence is a development problem.How to achieve the strategic goals of“Peak carbon” and“Carbon neutrality”,and make economic development a green“Bottom line”,is not only a national development task,but also inseparable from all sectors of governance,work together.In the face of challenges,green operation has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.It has gradually become a part of corporate culture and the main direction of the future development and transformation of enterprises.As for the manufacturing enterprises,it needs to consider how to build the green development engine as well as the economic benefits.Therefore,more and more enterprises have put forward the slogan of high-quality development,aiming to realize the green transformation of the whole process of design,purchase,manufacture,circulation and recycling by making or optimizing the green supply chain management,to promote the sustainable development of enterprises and society.Green supply chain management helps enterprises change from extensive to intensive,from environmental pressure to environmental-friendly,constantly breaking through institutional barriers and technical bottlenecks,the realization of a green manufacturing model with high technology content,less resource consumption and less environmental pollution is conducive to enhancing the image and social responsibility of enterprises while enhancing their core competitiveness,it is also conducive to the formation of government-led,enterprise-led,public participation in the co-construction and sharing,green and harmonious social development environment.This paper first divides the links of green supply chain,this paper summarizes the research on green supply chain management from five aspects: design,purchase,production,logistics and recycling.Secondly,the supply chain,supply chain management,green supply chain and other related theories are comprehensively introduced,C Automobile Company supply chain management status analysis,this paper evaluates the index system of C Automobile Company’s green supply chain by entropy method,and analyzes that C automobile company’s purchasing link has the greatest influence on the whole green supply chain.Then,according to the questionnaire and interview,the author points out the problems in each link,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures to ensure the implementation of the measures.Through research and comparative analysis,this paper draws a conclusion that the current automobile enterprises should promote the comprehensive integration of green industry and green finance by means of green supply chain management,and use the supply chain collaborative management method to meet the needs of the optimization and development of the whole industry chain,including design,procurement,production,logistics,recycling and other links,which can not only achieve sustainable development of enterprises and enhance their competitiveness,It can also help enterprises achieve long-term economic and social benefits,and has certain reference value for the unified green management of the entire automotive industry chain,which helps promote low-carbon transformation of the entire automotive industry chain.
