Study On Efficiency Evaluation And Influencing Factors Of Nonferrous Metal Industry’s Green Development In Jiangxi Province

The economy of Jiangxi’s nonferrous metal industry has been continuously growing in a "high energy consumption and high pollution" manner.In order to avoid experiencing the development path of pollution first and then treatment followed by developed countries and old industrial areas,and to achieve a higher quality development of Jiangxi’s nonferrous metal industry,the green development of industry is imperative.On this basis,measuring the green development efficiency of Jiangxi nonferrous metal industry and analyzing the factors that affect the efficiency change are of great significance for achieving the green development of Jiangxi nonferrous metal industry.Firstly,this paper first combs relative references about measuring efficiency in industrial green development at home and abroad.The meaning of the green development of nonferrous metal industry was summarized in the paper in the guide of relevant theory on green development and on the basis of prior research results.What’s more,the paper analyzes the present situation of the non-ferrous metal industry in Jiangxi Province.The Green development effectiveness of nonferrous metal industry in eleven municipalities in Jiangxi province from 2005 to 2020 was evaluated by DEASBM model.The results are as follows:(1)From a time viewpoint,the nonferrous metal industry in eleven municipalities in Jiangxi province and its 11 cities is not optimal in the evaluation of the green development effectiveness of nonferrous metal industry.However,positive trends have been registered overall in the direction of improving this area;(2)In terms of spatial characteristics,a large quantity of agglomerates and divisions is observed in nonferrous metals industry;a low proportion of the high school students are located in the north and south.Secondly,the author wants to set the action way of the factor affecting the ecoefficiency in the process of nonferrous metal industry in the city of Jiangxi.The results show that the influence of six factors: economic base,industry structure,technology improvement,the level of foreign investment,regulatory power,and labor force capital are the factors which affect the development efficiency of green industry.The results indicate that the development level,technology,the foreign investment and the personnel capital of nonferrous metal enterprises affect the green development efficiency of the non-ferrous metal industry in a positive way.However,there are some disadvantages such as low efficiency of industrial structure and environmental regulations on the efficiency of green development.Finally,this article proposes policy recommendations for the green development path of Jiangxi nonferrous metal industry from six aspects: promoting economic development,optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure,improving the level of green technology innovation,attracting foreign investment,constantly grasping the effects of environmental regulations,and cultivating green technology talents,based on the empirical analysis results.
