With the rapid development of social economy,the consumption level of residents continues to improve,and the consumption structure is constantly optimized and upgraded.As fast-moving consumer goods,daily chemical washing products are closely related to people’s lives.People’s requirements for daily chemical washing products are not only satisfied with whether they are clean,but also pay more and more attention to whether they will damage clothes,pollute the environment,hurt hands,convenient to carry and so on.In this context,WS company launched a laundry condensation products.Laundry condensation products have incomparable advantages to ordinary washing products,but so far on the market has not occupied market share as expected as fast,but there are problems such as low social recognition,product sales difficulties,enterprise payment is not smooth.In order to solve this problem,STP analysis,SWOT analysis and five forces analysis model are adopted in this paper to comprehensively analyze and comb the marketing strategy of WS company’s laundry condensation products.Based on the 4P theory,from the product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy,promotion strategy four aspects for the enterprise to develop a feasible plan,the original marketing strategy to optimize,can make WS company laundry coagulation products better adapt to the current market environment,improve product competitiveness.This paper holds that WS company should strengthen brand marketing in product strategy for brand building,divide different consumer groups by increasing research and development investment,and enrich product categories.In the price strategy to continue to play the price advantage,increase the level of price.In terms of channel strategy,streamline and empower offline channels,attach more importance to e-commerce channels,and deepen the cooperation between online e-commerce platforms.In terms of promotion strategy,we should not only pay attention to offline promotion optimization,but also actively cooperate with e-commerce and we media for promotion.Through expert recommendation,consumers should be brought into the usage situation,so as to better resonate and stimulate consumption.
