The braking performance of the hydraulic disc brake device plays a vital role in the safe operation of oil.With the rapid development of the oil industry,the requirements for the safety of oil mining technology are also increasing.Some disc brake devices have many problems,such as long response time,insufficient braking force,and unreliable over-winding anti-collision function,significantly impacting regular operation.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the devices.This topic takes PS50/1350 hydraulic disc brake as the research object,combines the existing structural characteristics and functional requirements,and optimizes the design from the hydraulic,control and structural aspects based on the original equipment.The optimization performance requirements and optimization scheme are proposed based on analyzing the research status of disc brake devices at home and abroad.The hydraulic system that meets the functional requirements is designed,and the working principle of the hydraulic system is introduced.Through the calculation of the essential hydraulic parameters,the models of the hydraulic components required are determined;Select PLC as the main control unit,the key components such as PLC and sensor are selected,the control I/O port distribution table and hardware wiring diagram are completed,the touch screen interface has been written,and the control method of overwinding anti-collision is briefly introduced,realizing the software and hardware design of the hydraulic disc brake device;The structural analysis and optimization are carried out by using ANSYS software.First,the static analysis and calculation of critical components are carried out,and the results show that the strength and stiffness meet the requirements.The modal analysis of the clamp frame body,the main supporting component of the disc brake device,provides a basis for avoiding resonance.Based on the variable density method,a parameterized model is established in the topology optimization module of ANSYS.The safety gear body is optimized with the structure size as the optimization parameter,the lightweight as the optimization goal,and the stress value as the constraint condition.The model of the safety gear body is reconstructed regarding the optimization results,and the rationality of the optimization results is verified.The optimized disc brake system has the advantages of rapid response,reliable braking,and safety protection,as well as the advantages of being lightweight,reducing the use of materials,saving production costs,and meeting the requirements of optimized design.This paper provides theoretical guidance for optimizing the hydraulic disc brake device and has specific practical value and reference significance for similar engineering problems.
