Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Q Town in F County has actively and solidly promoted the "Three Rural Revolutions" represented by the classification and management of rural household waste,in accordance with the overall requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and prosperity.It has gradually formed a work system led by the government to promote garbage classification and management,improved the rural living environment,and assisted in rural revitalization.But with the improvement of the rural economy and the quality of production and life,the classification and treatment of rural household waste also needs to improve its quality.At this point,it is no longer possible to rely solely on the government to take the lead in promoting,and more entities need to be introduced to actively participate.Only by fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of all parties and fully playing the important role of the government,villagers,and enterprises can the classification and treatment of rural household waste be achieved with half the effort.Therefore,it is of great significance to fully study the current situation of rural household waste classification and treatment work in Q Town,combined with the current rural economic development reality,and deeply analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the existing work,in order to optimize the rural household waste classification and treatment work in F County.This study mainly uses methods such as questionnaire surveys and individual interviews to understand the work done by Q Town in F County in promoting the classification and treatment of rural household waste in recent years.It also conducts questionnaire surveys on four communities in Q Town in F County,interviews individual villagers and village cadres,summarizes the achievements of garbage classification and treatment work in Q Town,and analyzes the problems and reasons that arise,On this basis,further targeted optimization suggestions are proposed.This article mainly starts from the actual participation of government,villagers,enterprises and other entities,and analyzes the optimization of collaborative governance among various entities in garbage classification and governance work.On the government’s side,we should optimize our work concepts and regulatory mechanisms,such as establishing a global view of political performance,strengthening legislation to improve regulatory mechanisms,and so on;In terms of villagers,efforts should be made to enhance their participation enthusiasm,such as strengthening the depth of publicity,improving the punishment mechanism,and strengthening deep-seated incentives;In terms of enterprises,they should increase their enthusiasm for investment and operation,such as improving their ability to clean up garbage every day,strengthening policy support,and increasing financial incentives;Based on the opinions and suggestions of villagers in the survey questionnaire,it is proposed to establish the Q Town Garbage Classification and Environmental Protection Association,which can deepen the participation of various entities,supervise their garbage classification behavior,and safeguard environmental rights and interests.Multi agent collaborative governance will effectively solve the problems existing in the current garbage classification and governance work,promote the participation of all parties,and promote the high-quality development of garbage classification and governance work.
