At present,the traditional tobacco leaf modulation method mainly based on coal has caused serious ecological and environmental problems due to its high carbon energy structure.As a low-carbon and clean renewable energy,biomass energy curing technology has become the main exploration direction of tobacco modulation in recent years.The proposal of the domestic two-carbon strategic goal also makes biomass energy become a practical choice to promote the low-carbon and decarbonized energy structure in the field of tobacco curing,and to build a green and low-carbon curing system.Although the biomass pellet fuel bulk curing barn developed at the present stage has precise temperature control and obvious emission reduction effect,the collection and transportation of biomass pellet raw materials are difficult and the cost is high,which has become an important factor restricting the promotion and development of its curing barn.Therefore,with the economy,high efficiency and extensibility as the entry point,it is urgent to build a low-carbon and environmentally friendly biomass energy tobacco curing system.In this paper,aiming at the deficiencies of biomass pellet fuel and the problems of environmental pollution and resource loss caused by the random burning of tobacco stalk,firstly,a biomass fragment fuel bulk curing barn tobacco curing system based on a self-collecting and self-transporting fuel supply system was proposed.Secondly,the burner system which adopts four-stage air distribution technology and takes fragments of smoke stalks as the main curing energy was developed and optimized,and the selection,calculation and analysis of other main components of the curing system were carried out.Finally,K326 was used as experimental material to analyze the operation characteristics and performance of the tobacco curing system under no-load and load conditions,and to analyze and evaluate the comprehensive benefits of the system.The main work content and research results of this paper include the following aspects:(1)The tobacco curing system of biomass fragment fuel bulk curing barn was constructed.The results show that the tobacco leaf straw-grain ratio of 1.23,the highest heating potential of89.58%,and the fuel cost of smoke stalks fragments of 83.8 yuan per ton made it feasible to popularize.Theoretical analysis of 168380.95 k J/h heat supply peak and 47.08 m~3/h wind supply peak,which laid the foundation for the selection,calculation and optimization of the main components of the tobacco curing system.(2)The burner structure design parameters of the burner system were optimized by increasing the proportion of primary air volume,adopting a rounded rectangular furnace,adding subdue fire hole,etc,so that the furnace fire vent can reach the temperature range of 159.6℃~534.2℃to meet the requirements of tobacco curing technology.The results of the four groups show that the combustion stability is high and the soot emissions are less when the ratio of each air volume is14%,33%,37%and 16%in the four-stage air distribution technology.(3)Build an experimental platform to study the performance of a tobacco curing system in a biomass fragment fuel bulk curing barn.The results show that the maximum heating rate of dry bulb temperature in the curing barn is 1.5℃/min when it rises from 26.4℃to 68℃under no-load conditions,the average heating rate is 0.58℃/min,which met the requirements of tobacco curing technology.Under load conditions,the temperature control is accurate,and the average dry-bulb temperature difference is±0.52℃,the average wet-bulb temperature difference is±0.37℃.The thermal efficiency of the whole curing cycle system is 64.94%,which is higher than that of the control barn.(4)Comparative analysis of the comprehensive benefits of biomass fragment fuel bulk curing barn shows that the unit dry smoke curing cost is 0.964 yuan/kg,which is reduced by 60.13%compared with the control barn,and the cost reduction advantage is extremely significant;The average price of cured tobacco is 34.84 yuan/kg,0.15 yuan/kg higher than that of control barn,and the payback period is only two years,showing significant economic benefits.
