In recent years,with the rapid rise of new energy and the sharp decline of crude oil price,the oil industry is facing great challenges and difficulties.In order to respond to the crisis,domestic and foreign oil companies have taken active measures to improve profitability,such as reducing investment,compressing scale,cutting down staff and salary.As the upstream sector of the petroleum industry,petroleum engineering technology service is seriously affected by the decline of international crude oil price,and its business volume and profit have decreased significantly.Compared with Schlumberger,Shell and other world-famous oil companies,BK Petroleum Engineering Company lacks competitive advantages in technology,equipment,talents and management,and some drilling operations have been cut down or shutdown.In the face of such difficulties and challenges,BK Petroleum Engineering Company must speed up innovation of technology and management,and cultivate high-level managerial and technical personnel needed urgently by domestic and foreign drilling market,so as to improve the competitiveness and profitability of the enterprise.This paper comprehensively reviews the previous research on staff training at home and abroad,and systematically analyzes the status quo,training satisfaction and existing problems and causes of staff training of BK Petroleum Engineering Company under the guidance of relevant theories of staff training such as post competency,training effect evaluation and adult learning.Based on literature review and related materials,this paper summarizes the main methods of staff training in major international oil companies such as Schlumberger,Exxon Mobil and Shell,and elicits some enlightenment to the staff training of BK Petroleum Engineering Company from the aspects of training management,training awareness,training scheme formulation,training forms and methods,training effect evaluation and application.On the basis of the above-mentioned research and analysis,the paper puts forward improvement principles,such as strategic orientation of enterprise development,systematic training scheme,diverse and efficient training methods,career development of the staff,and training effect evaluation.In addition,the paper constructs the post competency model of drilling staff in BK Petroleum Engineering Company,based on which it then proposes improvement approaches.Finally,the paper presents specific plans for improving the training management mechanism,strengthening the training demand analysis,improving the training curriculum system,scientifically selecting training methods,refining the training process management and strengthening the training effect evaluation.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement plan,the training culture,training funds,management team,information construction,online and simulated training and some other measures are formulated.
