Abstract/Summary:
Graphene electrothermal film heating has many advantages,such as environmental protection,convenience,easy installation and economy.Coating,as one of the key processes of graphene electrothermal film manufacturing,directly affects the final performance of graphene electrothermal film products.At present,gravure printing is the most commonly used coating technology for graphene electrothermal film in China,while the new slit coating technology has not been fully mastered.Compared with intaglio printing,slit coating has the advantages of convenient adjustment of wet film thickness,high coating precision,fast coating speed and high degree of automation,so the development of slit coating technology can effectively improve the production efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises.1.In this paper,based on the transformation project of graphene electrothermal film intelligent production line in a factory in Shandong Province,the production line was improved and designed,and the key equipment of the feeding system was selected in view of the previous research on the slit coating process and drying device at home and abroad,as well as the successful application in the lithium new energy industry.2.In this paper,the Solid Works software is used for 3D modeling,the FLUENT software is used to analyze the flow field of the slit coating die head and oven,the Minitab software is used to analyze the experimental data,and the best process combination based on the stability of the coating bead within the production range is found.Aiming at the influencing factors of oven air field efficiency,the proportion of each influencing factor is found out respectively.3.In order to improve the automation level of the production line of graphene electrothermal film,the stress process of the scraper was theoretically analyzed according to the composition and material properties of the electrothermal film,an error compensation mechanism was designed,and a hot melt scraping film device based on the automatic production of graphene electrothermal film was successfully developed.In this paper,through the combination of simulation and experiment,the key technologies of the graphene electrothermal film process system were studied,and the rationality of the theoretical analysis was verified.And laid the foundation for the subsequent automated production line optimization and the production of graphene electrothermal film.
