In the context of the "14th Five-Year Plan" and the "two-carbon" target,the proportion of smart construction in new buildings will further increase.At the same time,provinces and cities have introduced corresponding policies to clarify the important position of intelligent construction in the construction industry,and intelligent construction will become the key to promote the transformation and development of the construction industry.As the core of intelligent construction,construction robot has the advantages of new technology,high efficiency and less manpower compared with manual construction.With the increasing popularity of construction robots,the safety of construction is paid more and more attention by the country and society.Safe construction can not only effectively reduce casualties,but also obtain higher project benefits without affecting the quality and schedule of the project.Therefore,the identification of the main risk factors,the establishment of practical construction robot safety risk assessment system,to ensure that the project construction safety is effectively guaranteed,is of great help to the large-scale application of construction robots.In this thesis,the status quo of construction robots and risk management at home and abroad was reviewed in detail,and then the related concepts and theories of construction robots,risk management,safety management and Bayesian networks were sorted out,which laid the theoretical and methodological foundation for the analysis of the following thesis.Through the comprehensive application of risk identification methods such as literature analysis and expert interview,the construction safety risks of construction robots were identified,and 16 safety risk factors were determined from the four dimensions of human,machine and equipment,management and environment.The questionnaire was used to collect data to obtain the probability of safety risk factors and the possible influence degree when safety risks occur.Then the Bayesian network structure was constructed.The Bayesian network parameter learning was carried out based on the survey data,and the conditional probability distribution of each node variable was obtained to form the construction robot safety risk evaluation model.The model was used for reasoning analysis,and the key and sensitive risk factors were obtained through backward reasoning and sensitivity analysis.Finally,this thesis applied the construction robot construction safety risk Bayesian network model to a real estate project in Country Garden,identified the safety risk factors according to the actual situation of the project,constructed a Bayesian network suitable for the project,evaluated the safety risk level of the project on the whole,and proposed an operable security risk coping strategy.
