Performance Evaluation And Improvement Scheme Design For Clean Production Of WS New Waterproof Material Enterprise

With the intensification of market competition and the strengthening of environmental protection supervision,cleaner production has become the only way for waterproof material production enterprises to achieve green transformation and development.In the face of growing social and environmental concerns,especially in the case of imperfect standardization of cleaner production in the industry,how to implement cleaner production in order to achieve the goal of reducing pollution,consumption,cost and efficiency of waterproof material production enterprises is an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,taking WS new waterproof material production enterprises as an example,this thesis evaluates the performance of enterprises’ cleaner production status and makes problem diagnosis,and then designs cleaner production improvement schemes combined with key nodes,in order to boost the green transformation and development of waterproof material production enterprises,and provide reference for the implementation of cleaner production in the waterproof material industry.Based on the relevant theories and research literature of cleaner production,this thesis carries out a systematic study on the cleaner production performance and improvement scheme design of WS waterproof material enterprises: first,through field research,it analyzes the current situation of cleaner production in WS enterprises from the aspects of the construction of cleaner production management system,the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials,the comprehensive utilization of resources and the treatment of pollution emissions;The second is to build a cleaner production performance evaluation index system from the five dimensions of production process and equipment,energy and resource consumption,comprehensive utilization of resources,operation of pollution control facilities,and cleaner production management level,and comprehensively use analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the cleaner production performance of WS Enterprises.The results show that the cleaner production level of WS enterprises is relatively poor,and the cleaner production potential is large;Third,based on the analysis of cleaner production performance evaluation results and key influencing factors,three medium/high cost improvement schemes(the focus of the transformation is the modified asphalt waterproof membrane production workshop,tank farm,hazardous waste warehouse)and fourteen non/low cost improvement schemes are proposed for WS enterprises.The seventeen improvement schemes and their implementation effects are compared and analyzed from three dimensions of potential investment and expected environmental and economic benefits.In view of the performance evaluation and improvement scheme design of WS new waterproof material enterprises’ cleaner production,this thesis puts forward the relevant management suggestions and guarantee measures for WS enterprises to implement the cleaner production improvement scheme and promote the green transformation and development of enterprises from the aspects of organization guarantee,management system,cultural construction and technology/capital guarantee.The thesis has 4 figures,33 tables and 75 references.
