With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,more and more people are pursuing high-quality and safe food.Under this background,China has vigorously researched and developed high-quality and safe foods,forming a unique "three products and one standard" product.Despite the rapid development of safe food in China,there is still a big gap in quality compared with foreign countries.Food quality certification is an effective means to ensure food quality,and improving the effectiveness of quality certification can greatly improve food quality.However,there are many and similar quality certification types which bring great risks to the validity of certification present great risks to the effectiveness of certification.In 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued a document proposing to integrate environmental protection,energy conservation,water conservation and other products into green products,so as to achieve unified standards,unified certification and unified identification.According to the indicators of the State Council document,the state has set up a project to carry out research on key technologies of green agricultural food product certification.Green agricultural food product evaluation can provide a theoretical basis for product certification,to guide the development of green agriculture food products better.At present,there are few studies on the evaluation of green agricultural food products,so to develop green agriculture food products evaluation,constructing evaluation index system and evaluation model is of great significance,this also is this article main research question.This article is based on the development theory of green agricultural food products,according to the research ideas of definition and connotation analysis of green agricultural food products-evaluation index system and evaluation model construction-case verification research ideas.The literature analysis and system analysis method are used to analyze and study the evaluation index system of typical green agricultural products.First of all,the research on the development theory of green agricultural products and the definition of existing safe food are studied.The connotation and characteristics of green agricultural products are completely interpreted from the perspective of the whole life cycle,and the multi green attributes of green agricultural food products,such as quality,resources,energy and environment,are summed up,and give specific evaluation content to provide a theoretical basis for subsequent research.Secondly,based on the existing theoretical basis,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to build a multi-attribute evaluation index system and a graded evaluation conceptual model of green agricultural food products from four aspects of quality attributes,resource attributes,energy attributes and environmental attributes.Taking apple as an example,construct a green apple evaluation indicator system with 1 target layer,4 criterion layers,10 scheme layers and 26 indicator layers.An orchard in Qixia city was selected as the research object to comprehensively evaluate the greenness of green apple.To verify the scientific and practical evaluation index system and evaluation model of green agricultural food products.And according to the evaluation results,suggestions for improving the quality of the apple were put forward from the aspects of energy and environment.
