With the continuous development of the society,the demand for wood in our country is constantly rising.In order to relieve the pressure of wood resources shortage and expand the raw materials sources of chair furniture,this study uses rapid growth poplar to develop solid wood leisure chair and find ways to improve the mechanical properties of key joints of rapid growth poplar chair furniture.The optimum fit parameters and joint length of poplar and beech members in the reinforced structure of fast-growing poplar contacts were determined.Through literature review method,field and network survey method,questionnaire survey method,experimental test method,comparative analysis method,from the solid wood leisure chair market research and analysis,design and improvement of solid wood leisure chair,solid wood leisure chair contact enhancement structure design optimization,solid wood leisure chair structure design four aspects.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Solid wood leisure chair should be simple modern style,with the original color of wood and other simple color,the overall solid wood frame with removable soft bag can be replaced,seat width and seat depth should be moderately increased,the user has enough comfortable sense of space.The vast majority of youth consumer groups in favor of cheap,easy to move solid wood leisure chair,fast-growing poplar as a material to meet consumer demand.(2)Determine the height,width,depth,height of handrail,height of backrest,tilt Angle of backrest and diameter of chair parts of solid wood leisure chair as 425 mm,480mm,483 mm,250mm,418 mm,100 degrees and 30 mm respectively.Design scheme three is selected as the final design scheme.According to the large diameter of the handrail support column and the transverse column of the side panel proposed by the target group,the diameter of the leisure chair is reduced;And design plan 3 is optimized twice to form the final design plan A.A local strengthening method was proposed to improve the joint strength of solid wood leisure chair by replacing the key joint material with hardwood,and chamfering was made at the edge to increase the beauty of the joint.(3)The best fitting parameter of the poplar dowel joint designed by the contact reinforcement structure is 0mm,and the best fitting length of the poplar dowel joint is 30 mm.The tensile strength and bending strength of the contact reinforced structural specimens are 47.71%and 93.07% higher than those of the poplar specimens,respectively.Compared with the beech specimen,the drawing strength is very similar,only 2.76% lower,and the bending strength is increased by 16.56%.In this study,the mechanical properties of the reinforced contact structure can be improved significantly,and can meet the daily use,and can be used in the design and production of fast-growing poplar chair furniture.(4)Determine the connection mode of solid wood leisure chair,and use contacts to enhance the structural design at the joint of side panel and back chair leg of design scheme A.Draw the final scheme structure assembly drawing,parts list,parts drawing. |
