Study On The Planning And Design Of Lanzhou Yintan Wetland Park From The Perspective Of Eco-city

With the issuance of the Overall Plan for the Reform of Ecological Civilization System,a new era of ecological civilization construction has been opened in China.The concept of "community of life in mountain,water,forest,field and lake" is gradually becoming familiar to the public,and green ecology will become the universal form and value orientation of high-quality development.For the widespread "urban disease" problem,"eco-city" can not only be an effective solution,but also become an important direction for future urban development.In the structure of eco-city,wetland park is the key point to solve and the key area to help the city enhance its self-purification ability.From an ecological city perspective,the implementation of wetland park planning and design solutions are conducive to the use of the multiple effects of wetlands,while the development potential and research value of the project cannot be underestimated as it can effectively relieve the environmental pressure of the city while recreating the characteristic style of the wetland.Starting from the perspective of eco-city,this paper firstly studies a series of literature related to urban wetland parks,combing through the theories of landscape ecology,ecological restoration,urban planning and related concepts of eco-city,wetland park and urban wetland park.Based on five excellent wetland park cases at home and abroad,the theoretical foundation of planning and design is established.The design principles,structural characteristics and basic requirements and methods of planning and design contents of wetland park under the perspective of eco-city are expounded.The systematic method of ecological construction of wetland park from the perspective of eco-city is deduced to achieve the goal of constructing typical wetland park.Based on the actual survey of the wetland in the yellow river lanzhou section,the wetland distribution,wetland types,wetland resources,the existing problems,advantages and disadvantages and opportunities of wetland planning in the yellow river lanzhou section,the design strategy of wetland planning in the yellow river lanzhou section is distilled.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn from the project practice of Silver Beach Wetland Park in Lanzhou:(1)based on ArcGIS,Fragstats and Envi,the planning and design of Yintan Wetland Park is the key point,the strategies of coordinating peripheral environment,ecological restoration design,improving landscape effect,industrial development and wetland protection were summarized.(2)the empirical study of Lanzhou Yintan Wetland Park shows that under the existing ecological landscape characteristics,it is an effective way to integrate the northwest style into ecology,popular science,recreation and culture for the planning and design of Lanzhou Eco-city construction.(3)the planning of Yintan Wetland Park adopts the overall layout structure of“One Ring and many zones,two wings and five axes,six districts and many points”,which can effectively alleviate the stability and balance of wetland system,create both ecological restoration of the wetland park landscape.In the future,in the construction of Lanzhou eco-city,it is suggested to strengthen the ecological protection of the Yellow River wetland,strengthen the quality of wetland landscape,and form the main axis of Lanzhou eco-city construction relying on the Yellow River eco-wetland.
