| As an important energy source related to national economic and social development,electricity plays an extremely important role in people’s daily life and production.With the continuous growth of the economy and the ongoing development of industry,the pace of power grid development continues to accelerate,which poses higher challenges and requirements for the safety and stability of the power system,making safety work the top priority of power enterprises.Electric power enterprises are affected by many factors in the process of production and operation,and it is precisely because of the complexity,quality and safety of power operations that are difficult to control,resulting in continuous occurrence of power accidents,which seriously threaten the life safety of staff and are detrimental to people’s life,production,and social stability.To this end,electric power enterprises urgently need to innovate and improve safety management to achieve systematic management of safe production.The construction of the intrinsic safety management system of the power supply company is the premise and guarantee for standardization and scientific safety management.This article takes State Grid X Power Supply Company(hereinafter referred to as X Power Supply Company)as the research object.Firstly,according to the safety production data of X Power Supply Company,I found that X Power Supply Company has many problems in safety management;Secondly,through the questionnaire survey and interviews,Clear X Power Supply Company in the safety management of the specific problems and explore the causes;Thirdly,according to the problems and reasons,based on the Theory of Intrinsic Safety and Quality Management,it is proposed to optimize the Intrinsic Safety Management System based on the Intrinsic Safety of "person,equipment,environment,management" using four dimensions: safety objectives,safety system,element management,and continuous improvement,to achieve the whole-elements management and the whole-process control.Finally,some measures are put forward to ensure the implementation of the Intrinsic Safety Management System of X Power Supply Company,and the effectiveness of the implementation is evaluated to prove the system is effective.This article takes the optimization of the Intrinsic Safety Management System of X Power Supply Company as the starting point,and the research results can provide references and guidance for X Power Supply Company to enhance safe production and establish a modern Intrinsic Safety Management System. |
