| Land is the source of all production and all existence.Basic farmland is the essence of arable land. However, the limited nature of land resources makes it have many contradictions and conflicts in the process of utilization. On the one hand, the construction of ecological civilization requires the protection of land resources, while on the other hand, the rapid development of economy and society requires a large amount of land for urbanization construction. Therefore, the delineation of permanent basic agricultural land based on the analysis of land use conflicts is of great significance to protect ecological security, guarantee food security and promote urban construction. This paper takes Wudu District of Longnan City as the study area, identifies land use conflicts based on the ecological security pattern and the results of multi-objective suitability evaluation of arable land, and delineates permanent basic farmland on this basis in combination with the results of agricultural land quality grading. The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Using the minimum cumulative resistance model, the ecological safety pattern of Wudu District was constructed by extracting ecological source sites and establishing the minimum cumulative resistance surface, which was divided into low, medium and high ecological safety zones. The results show that there are 459,800 hectares of ecological safety zones in Wudhu District.Among them, the low ecological safety zone is mainly distributed in the south, west and northeast, with a total area of 240,900 hectares. The medium ecological safety zone is mainly distributed in the outer buffer zone of the high ecological safety zone, with a total area of 160,000 hectares. The high ecological safety zone is mainly located in the north and central part of the area, with an area of58,900 hectares.Compared with the low and medium ecological safety zones, the high ecological safety zone has a smaller area.(2)A total of nine index factors were selected from natural factors, ecological environment factors and location factors, and the weight of each index factor was determined using hierarchical analysis to evaluate the suitability of arable land for cultivation, and the comprehensive suitability grading model was used to classify low, medium and high tillage suitability zones. The results showed that the low tillage suitability zone in Wudu District was mainly distributed in the northern and central southern townships, with an area of 29,700 hectares. The middle tillage zone has the widest distribution range, with an area of 35,000 hectares in all towns and villages in the district.High tillage suitable areas are mainly distributed in the northern and central townships, with a total area of 44,600 hectares.(3)A total of six index factors were selected from the two aspects of natural factors and socio-economic factors, and the suitability of cultivated land construction was evaluated, and low, medium and high construction suitable areas were divided. The area of the low construction suitable area is 89,168 hectares, the area of the medium construction suitable area is 244224 hectares, and the total area of the high construction suitable area is 129056 hectares.Spatially, the low-construction suitable areas in Wudu District were mainly distributed in the north and west, and the medium-construction suitable areas were distributed in all townships and towns in the district.Highconstruction suitable areas are mainly distributed in the northern and south-central townships.(4)Based on the ecological security pattern, cultivated land cultivation suitability and cultivated land construction suitability evaluation results, the land use conflict types were obtained, and on this basis, the permanent basic farmland in Wudu District was delineated based on the results of agricultural land grading. The results showed that the areas of ecological advantageous area,cultivation-advantaged area and construction advantageous area were 1747,8584 and 6187 hectares, respectively. The area of low, medium and high conflict zones is 1146,3658 and 6852 hectares respectively, with a total of 41.37% of the land use in ecological, farming and construction conflicts.According to the results of land use conflicts and the grading results of agricultural land,a total of28,334.37 hectares of basic farmland of grade 8-12 in Wudu District were delineated. |
