Coal mine enterprises are gradually developing into a more modernized and informationbased dispatching mode, realizing centralized control of integrated dispatching and monitoring systems, whose functions are becoming more powerful and flexible in terms of information provision and processing. With the development of its integrated dispatching and monitoring system, the functions of this system are becoming more and more complex, and there are more and more interface management tasks required to be processed correspondingly.Furthermore, the integrated dispatching and monitoring system is closely related to the interface management tasks,if operators were overloaded with a lot of interface management tasks, there would be a lot of operation errors and which would also reduce their operation performance. Therefore, this paper conducted a research on the optimization of integrated dispatching and monitoring system based on the perspective of interface management tasks for H-coal mine,in order to improve its operation performance and provide a theoretical basis for promoting the construction and development of the intelligent coal mine industry.Firstly, this paper analyzed the current application status of the integrated dispatching and monitoring system in coal mines and the current research status of interface management tasks through literature analysis, and found that too many interface management tasks would create a series of problems such as "Keyhole Effect",the attention resources occupying of the main task, operation errors and performance reduction.Next, field research was conducted in H-coal mine.Typical daily tasks of the integrated dispatching and monitoring system for H-coal mine were chosen as experimental tasks, based on the task analysis,GOMS model was used to calculate the theoretical time, number of task operations, and the time proportion of interface management tasks. After that, simulation experiments were conducted and the experimental data were recorded using eye-tracking and mouse-keyboard tracking technology. And compared with the theoretical data, the experimental data was analyzed and the interface management tasks generated during the task process were analyzed based on the eye-tracking data.It was found that the interface management tasks in the integrated dispatching and monitoring system of Hcoal mine were more numerous in the actual task operation process, and the interface management tasks had a significant impact on operation errors and operation time. Finally, based on the experimental results and the optimization principles of interface design, the integrated dispatching and monitoring system of H-coal mine combined with the specific situation was optimized which reduced the task operation time, the number of errors, and the operation performance of interface management tasks. And the improvement suggestions for the integrated dispatching and monitoring system of coal mine are proposed in this paper.
