| Since new-energy vehicles entered the auto market around 2010,their annual sales have been climbing year after year.By 2021,annual sales of new energy vehicles had reached 2.99 m.Year-on-year increases in sales mean that the number of new-energy vehicles is also increasing.However,due to the limitations of battery materials and technology,the battery capacity of the new energy vehicle will be greatly reduced after 5 to 8 years of use,and it can no longer be used as the vehicle’s power battery,at this point it will be recycled.And how to recycle the new energy vehicle battery on the premise of considering both economic and environmental benefits has become the focus of domestic and foreign experts and scholars,the green closed-loop supply chain model is one of the ways to achieve this goal.By collecting and consulting the literatures of Power Battery Recycling Mode,green supply chain and closed-loop supply chain at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the participants of green closed-loop supply chain measured by new energy vehicle,a green closed-loop supply chain model of New Energy Vehicle Battery was established,which mainly consisted of battery manufacturers,industry alliances and third-party battery recycling enterprises.After that,an evaluation system of green closed-loop supply chain for New Energy Vehicle Battery was established,which included 14 first-level indexes and 51 second-level indexes,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is a performance evaluation method,which is expected to provide help for the selection and optimization of enterprise green closed-loop supply chain.Finally,taking n company as the research object,the green closed-loop supply chain of new energy vehicle battery is evaluated,and the feasibility of the performance evaluation system is verified,and provide suggestions for enterprise green closed-loop supply chain optimization.This paper hopes to help related enterprises to understand the problems in each link of the green closed-loop supply chain of new energy vehicle battery and put forward optimization suggestions,to help companies recycle new energy vehicle batteries more efficiently,thus improving the overall level of development of the industry. |
