| With the continuous development of highway construction in our country, the traffic safety problem is becoming more serious, and the emergency rescue of highways has become a common problem faced by the international community. From the analysis of many traffic accident cases, the death of the personnel is caused by the rescue not being timely,so timely rescue after the accident becomes the key to improving the survival probability of the injured. At present, the development of the emergency rescue system of the expressway still has a certain gap with that of developed countries;therefore,it is urgent to perfect the emergency rescue system of the expressway.First, this paper describes the relevant problems at home and abroad and their research status.Because of this analysis of the research results of the highway emergency rescue system,it is proposed that the content of this paper be studied, namely, the highway emergency rescue system key technology research.Secondly,it introduces the relevant theories of the emergency rescue system, defines, and classifies emergencies, expounds the causes of emergencies from different angles, clarifies the relevant processes and tasks of the highway emergency rescue system, and provides basic theories for the route planning of rescue vehicles.Thirdly, aiming at the shortest rescue time, minimum total weighted distance, and optimal coverage, the multi-objective site selection model of an expressway emergency rescue station was constructed. The objective weighting method was used to solve the model, and the practical application value of the multi-objective decision model was proved through the example analysis. Then, based on the traffic flow data of some expressways in Henan Province and after analyzing the characteristics of traffic flow, the abnormal data in the original data are detected and eliminated, and the data are normalized.Based on the LSTM neural network model, the freeway traffic flow in emergencies is predicted to provide the basis for the route planning of rescue vehicles in the next stage. On this basis,a path planning model aiming at the shortest rescue time is established, and an improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem. Finally, taking the expressway network in a region of Zhengzhou,Henan Province,as an example, combined with the actual situation of the expressway in Henan Province, the emergency rescue system of the expressway was studied from the aspects of multi-objective site selection, traffic flow prediction, route planning, and so on.The results show that the constructed target location model, path planning model, and traffic flow prediction model can meet the research needs, and the optimized algorithm has certain advantages in terms of speed and accuracy. The research results can accelerate the response of emergency management departments to freeway emergencies, improve disposal and rescue abilities, and provide theoretical support for the construction of freeway emergency rescue systems. |
