The issue of climate change and energy has become a major social challenge that human natural survival and social development must face since the 21st century.Therefore,people need to take the initiative to face the problem of climate change.Based on this,the green energy development mode has become the development trend of all countries.With the impact of economic globalization,China’s natural resources are increasingly exhausted,and the awareness of energy and environmental protection is rapidly strengthened.Especially after the reform and opening up,coupled with the stimulation of economic globalization,environmental pollution and energy consumption are increasing.With the EU bringing the development of low-carbon aviation into its low-carbon emission international trade standard system,the global low-carbon aviation industry is actively exploring a new strategy to promote the development of low-carbon aviation.In order to be effective,this low-carbon measure has brought great pressure on the growth of energy cost to the development of low-carbon aviation industry in various countries.In order to effectively deal with the huge environmental impact of the EU low-carbon emission standard trading management system on the industry and realize the major strategic goal of developing green and low-carbon civil aviation,China’s global civil aviation industry must actively study and explore green and low-carbon industries suitable for China’s national conditions.Actively fulfill the responsibilities of social entrepreneurs and social entities,adopt practical policies and measures for green energy conservation and emission reduction,and build China’s global green and low-carbon civil aviation industry.After introducing the historical background and significance of the research topic in detail,and deeply combing the current situation of relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper first introduces the connotation of energy-saving and emission reduction policies of domestic airlines over the years,the implementation process of energy-saving and emission reduction policies of airlines over the years,and the implementation status of specific energy-saving and emission reduction measures of domestic airlines over the years;Next,the basic construction of the overall evaluation index system of energy conservation and emission reduction of domestic airlines over the years and the relationship between the evaluation weight are comprehensively determined.Then,based on the comprehensive factor evaluation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation analysis,the two comprehensive evaluation indexes of energy conservation and emission reduction of M company are evaluated.Through comprehensive evaluation,it is concluded that the current situation of energy conservation and emission reduction in M company is poor;Next,it summarizes the advanced experience of international European and American countries in energy conservation and emission reduction of aviation industry;Finally,various improvement measures are put forward from multiple levels in order to promote the effectiveness of energy conservation and emission reduction of China’s aviation enterprises.The research shows that the energy conservation and emission reduction level of company M is constantly improving,which is at a medium level in the industry,but there is a large distance from mainstream companies such as China International Airlines,Hainan Airlines and China Eastern Airlines.Therefore,referring to the mature experience at home and abroad,it is proposed to make improvements from the technical level,airline level,airport level and domestic and international levels,including formulating reasonable flight plans,using alternative new fuels and actively developing new energy,establishing flexible airspace coordination mode,reducing airport aircraft ground emissions,actively participating in international climate policy negotiations Participate in the formulation of industry energy conservation and emission reduction strategies,implement the new national policies and regulations and other measures,and improve the energy conservation and emission reduction effectiveness of M company and even domestic airlines.
