| Since 2015,guided by the concept of green development,the state has introduced a series of policies to promote green and efficient agricultural production.Farmers are the final executor of agricultural green production and play a vital role in "adjusting the structure and transforming the mode" of agricultural production.Existing studies have shown that farmers’ adoption of green production technology presents a phenomenon of "high willingness and low behavior",which has become a key problem for the green development of agriculture at present.Green prevention and control technology is an important part in green production,which needs to be paid attention to by researchers.Whether farmers adopt green prevention and control technology is a rational choice after comprehensive cognition and weighing advantages and disadvantages.Based on the data obtained from a field survey of tea farmers in Yiling District,Yichang City from April to June2021,this paper used the binary Logistic model to study the influencing factors,direction and magnitude of the deviation between the willingness and behavior of tea farmers to adopt green prevention and control technologies,In order to provide favorable suggestions for agricultural technicians to optimize the extension policy.The study results showed as follows:1)There was a discrepancy between the intention and behavior of tea farmers to adopt green prevention and control technology.82.71% of the farmers had the intention to adopt green control technology,but only 56.54% had the actual adoption behavior.2)Different individual characteristics,family endowments,market incentives and policy regulations have different influences on the willingness,behavior and deviation of tea farmers to adopt green prevention and control technologies.In terms of individual characteristics,improving the education level of farmers and making them fully realize that there is no risk of production reduction in the application of green prevention and control technology can improve the adoption intention and behavior of farmers,thus reducing the deviation.In the family endowment,the high proportion of agricultural income weakens the willingness of farmers to adopt green prevention and control technologies.Joining farmers’ cooperatives can restrain the inconsistency of farmers’ adoption willingness and behavior.In the market incentive,the increase of market returns can obviously enhance the adoption intention and behavior of farmers and reduce the deviation.In the policy regulation,sampling inspection of tea quality and safety has no significant effect on farmers’ willingness,behavior and deviation to adopt green control technology.Among the control variables,too large tea planting scale can easily induce the deviation of farmers’ adoption intention and behavior.Carrying out experiments and demonstrations will help farmers learn green prevention and control technologies and apply them to actual production. |
