Advanced electronic and electrical products not only drive economic development and improve quality of life,but also increasingly highlight issues such as damage to the ecological environment and waste of limited resources.With the proposal of green economy and sustainable development,the recycling and remanufacturing of waste electronic and electrical products(WEEE),which can reduce environmental pollution caused by electronic waste and resource waste,has received attention and support from the government and enterprises.In addition,the increase of recycling enterprises has led to chaos in the recycling market,and research on the selection of recycling companies by remanufacturers is urgent.Based on this,this article takes XZ remanufacturing enterprises as the research object,constructs a new WEEE recycler selection index system,selects recyclers of XZ remanufacturing enterprises,and promotes remanufacturing enterprises to choose more suitable recyclers.The article is based on the perspective of remanufacturing and conducts specific research with the background of XZ remanufacturing enterprises.Firstly,through literature review,an overview of the concepts,theories,and research methods involved in the selection process of WEEE recyclers is provided,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent research;Secondly,based on a brief introduction of XZ remanufacturing enterprise,the current situation of selecting WEEE recyclers for the enterprise,as well as the problems in the selection index system and selection methods,are summarized;Once again,based on theoretical literature research and enterprise field visits,the influencing factors and secondary indicators of WEEE recycler selection were analyzed to construct a primary selection indicator system for XZ remanufacturing enterprise.Then,questionnaire surveys and expert interviews were used to optimize and screen the selection indicators.Among them,SPSS22 was used for reliability and validity analysis and factor analysis of the questionnaire,verifying the scientific and reasonable construction of the indicator system.Finally,from the perspective of business level Construct a WEEE recycler selection index system consisting of 26 secondary indicators,including product qualification rate,warehouse management level,and recycled product price,from 6 aspects such as economic indicators and environmental benefits;Finally,based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Entropy Weight Method(EWM)to calculate the weight of indicators,combining with the Lagrange Extreme Value Principle to determine the subjective and objective coefficients of additive integration combination weighting,improve the accuracy of indicator weight calculation.Then,two qualitative and quantitative combined methods,Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS),were determined as the selection methods for WEEE recyclers,and the GRA-TOPSIS model was constructed for empirical research to select the best recycler for XZ remanufacturing enterprises.Example analysis shows that the WEEE recycler selection index system,selection method,and model constructed in this article are applicable to the research on WEEE recycler selection in XZ remanufacturing enterprises.The correctness and applicability of the selection index system and GRA-TOPSIS model are verified,providing reference significance for other remanufacturing enterprises to choose recyclers,protecting the environment while reducing resource waste,and promoting the process of WEEE recycling,remanufacturing,and sustainable development.
