| HACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)is the most effective and successful management system to control the quality and safety of food products.HACCP plan system can not only reduce all kinds of costs and improve production efficiency,but also reduce the possibility of safety risks in the production process of aquatic products,to improve the quality of aquatic products and safety.However,the content of the HACCP plan form is complicated and redundant,the feasibility of intelligent implementation is not enough,while the amount of product data generated in the implementation process is often very large,resulting in insufficient readability,low practicality and data storage security is not guaranteed.This paper takes raw oyster HACCP plan as the research object,and in order to effectively guarantee the enforceability of the national standard of HACCP plan and improve the practicality and security of data,it launches an application research on knowledge representation modeling and data security management of HACCP plan,and constructs a blockchain-based semantic knowledge visualization traceability application model,which provides a new solution to the above problems.The specific contents of the paper include the following aspects:(1)Construction of semantic application model.Firstly,the research status of domestic and foreign literature on HACCP,data visualization and blockchain is summarized and explained;then the technical background and principles of knowledge representation,data visualization and blockchain are introduced;finally,the blockchain knowledge visualization traceability application model(HBKVTAM)of raw oyster HACCP plan is proposed,which consists of knowledge understanding layer,knowledge representation layer,knowledge storage layer and knowledge visualization layer,and introduces the implementation functions and roles of each layer.(2)The study of knowledge representation based on HACCP plan.Firstly,the knowledge understanding of the HACCP plan form is carried out,and the form is divided into five core plans,namely,CCP plan,monitoring plan,correction plan,verification plan and record plan;then the semantic understanding of the HACPP plan is divided into three dimensions from both structural and data aspects and the early warning knowledge is extended as the content of the form,and then the knowledge extraction of the HACCP plan form is carried out from two perspectives,namely,static and dynamic,and the content of the HACCP plan form is defined.The knowledge extraction of the content of the HACCP plan table is done from two perspectives,static and dynamic,and the collection of entities and links are defined to realize the entity and link knowledge expressions of CCP,monitoring and verification,and correction of deviations,forming the entity knowledge structure diagram and constructing the HACCP plan knowledge system;finally,the constructed HACCP plan knowledge system is stored in combination with the graph database and the storage structure of entities and links is displayed.(3)The design of data on chain structure based on blockchain.Based on the knowledge understanding of HACCP plan,the content of HACCP plan form is also divided into static value data and dynamic monitoring data from the perspective of static,dynamic and each processing link;the two types of data are expressed in the form of entity objects,and the CCP limit value entity object,live oyster receiving monitoring data entity object,dry frozen monitoring data entity object and oyster meat storage monitoring data are obtained.entity object,and show the structure of entity object.(4)System prototype construction.The framework of the prototype system consisting of the knowledge storage function module,the block chain function module and the visualization traceability function module and the functions realized by each module are first introduced.The data visualization test queried the stored aquatic product monitoring data information and displayed the queried aquatic product monitoring data information in a visual form;the data up-link test completed the configuration of network and link to publish the constructed smart contract to the chain,and called the smart contract to represent the data in the graph database in the form of object class to complete the data up-link;the on-chain smart contract published the data in the chain in the form of object class.The on-chain data traceability test specified and queried the scope of the on-chain data and displayed the results;the aquatic product traceability test was a traceability test of the specified aquatic product sales code,and the visual data content of aquatic product traceability was displayed,and the Jmeter performance testing software was used to test the performance of the traceability test function.The research results show that the semantic application model of HACCP plan can realize the knowledge understanding,knowledge expression,knowledge storage and visualization application of raw oyster HACCP plan in a more systematic way,and by combining blockchain technology to store the data generated in the implementation process,the possibility of data tampering is reduced,the security of monitoring data and the reliability of aquatic product information traceability are improved,and the knowledge system for HACCP It provides a new solution for the knowledge system modeling traceability visualization application of national standards and data security management. |
