The production process of metamizole invoves two reduction reaction,and the main components of the reductant are ammonium sulfite and ammonium bisulfite.The ratio of two solute directly affects the purity of the reducing reactant,which will affects the methylation and diazo(diazo is one of the typical 18 dangerous processes).The preparation process of reductant in factory is mainly operated manually with long time and the accuracy is different.In order to improve the purity of reducing reactants,production of metamizole,the safety of the process,this paper designs the control system and analysis the safety of system.According to analysed the detection data that the ratio of ammonium sulfite and ammonium bisulfite is 1:1.6 and the p H value is stable between 6.2 and 6.4,so we selected cascade ratio feedforward feedback control system and selected the pH as control object.We calculated the transfer function of the control system,designed a two-dimensional fuzzy adaptive PID controller,and conducted simulation tests on the MATLAB platform.The safety of the system was analyzed by HAZOP,and safety alarms and interlocks were added based on the analysis results,we used LOPA and Markov model method are used to classify and verify the safety integrity level for the three scenarios with the highest risk.
