Evaluation And Optimization Path Of Agricultural Green Development Level In Hunan Province

Since the Chinese civilization,China has prospered the country with agriculture.The development of agriculture has provided a strong driving force and material basis for the rise of the national economy.It can be said that agriculture is the "ballast" to stabilize the economy and society.Hunan Province located in the south of Dongting Lake,with developed water system,suitable climate and rich types of land resources.It has been known as the "land of fish and rice" since ancient times.Since the reform and opening for more than40 years,the agricultural development of Hunan Province has made remarkable achievements;At the same time,it is pointed out that in the process of industrialization,the "black agriculture" represented by the extensive use of pesticides,chemical fertilizers and plastic films still occupies a dominant position,and the situation of green agricultural development is grim.This paper analyzes the current situation of agricultural green development in Hunan Province from the industrial structure and regional distribution of agricultural green development in Hunan Province,and the existing problems of agricultural green development in Hunan Province.There are four prominent problems in the green development of agriculture in Hunan Province: serious non-point source pollution,insufficient scientific and technological support,lagging technology promotion and insufficient agricultural funds.These problems make the agricultural development of Hunan Province face the dual constraints of resources and environment.Coordinating the coordinated development of the two and taking into account the greening of agricultural development has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently in Hunan Province.Taking the agricultural green development in Hunan Province as the research object,based on the summary of the relevant theories and current situation of agricultural green development at home and abroad,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to build an index system from four dimensions and 16 indicators: green production,environmentfriendly,agricultural science and technology development and green and efficient output,This paper evaluates the level of agricultural green development in Hunan Province from the dimensions of time and space.From the perspective of time dimension,through the data analysis from 2010 to 2020,the green development level of Hunan Province is getting higher and higher,especially after 2017,the development momentum is rapid;From the perspective of spatial dimension,through the data analysis of 14 cities and states in Hunan Province in2017(due to the inconsistent time of the yearbooks of each city and state,the latest and comprehensive year of the current data is 2017),it can be seen that the development of 14 cities and states in Hunan Province is very uneven and there are great regional differences.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of agricultural green development level in Hunan Province,and combined with the specific reality of agricultural green development in Hunan Province,this paper puts forward the optimization path of agricultural green development in Hunan Province,including improving the agricultural green development system,strengthening the talent support of agricultural green development,establishing a diversified investment mechanism and coordinating regional agricultural development.
