A Primary Study On Assessment Index System Of Green Universities In Example Of The XiPu Campus Of Southwest JiaoTong University

The gloabal environment is deteriorating and our country's environment is facing big challenges at present. At the same time, there are some deficies in our country's higher education. For the moment, the establishment of green universities is the important measurement of earring out the basic national policy of environment protection and sustainable developmentThe establishment of green university assesment criteria is the assesment precondition. However, the green university establishment and the green university assesment criteria have just started.This thesis aims to establish a set of green university assesment index system through index optimization, economical analysis and mathematical simulation based on green university assesment criteria.The thesis offers a reference to green university establishment.Through theory analysis, specialist consultation and public participation, this thesis selects assessment information from the first-hand data, and decides assessment indexs. On basis of investigation and analysis of related indexs, 28 indexs are defined as the assessment indexs of green university. The auther applys various mathmatic methods such as Delphif Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Subjection Functional(SF), obtains defferent index weights and comprehensive assessment parameters and then establishs the assessment index system of green university.In the endt this thesis takes Xipu campus of Southwest Jiaotong University as an examplet obtains the comprehensive assessment parameters according to the established green university comprehensive assessment index system. The result shows that the comprehensive assessment parameters of Xipu campus of Southwest Jiaotong University have arrived at the green university assessment criteria.
