Research On The Structure And Design Application Of Tops For Women Aged 30-40 Based On Body Shape

Women aged 30-40 are at a stage in life where marriage and childbirth are common occurrences.Due to changes in their bodies and ideas about marriage and childbirth,the body shapes of women in this age group are complex and varied.This project focuses on researching the body shapes of young women in Central China,developing and optimizing the prototype structure of tops,and using this as a basis for designing and developing a series of clothing products.(1)Measurement and acquisition of body shape data: 136 women aged 30-40 from Central China were randomly selected as research subjects.Non-contact 3D body scanning equipment was used to obtain 3D data on key parts of the upper body.In addition to the 2D plane data of the body surface angles,15 key parts data were obtained by manual measurement,combining the key parameters of the prototype making and angles reflecting the curves of the body surface.(2)Analysis and classification of body shape data: SPSS analysis software was used to preprocess the body shape data,screen singular values and test the normality of human samples.The factor and correlation analysis of body shape parameters was conducted to extract the important parameters affecting body shape,and the linear relationships between 15 different parameters such as chest circumference,waist circumference,hip circumference,body lateral angle,and chest convex angle were obtained.Four categories of body shape were obtained by K-Means cluster analysis,and the final body shape parameters of each body shape feature were obtained by K-Means clustering analysis to provide reference values for each body shape prototype.The obtained body surface angles were analyzed to provide supplementary descriptions of body shape features.(3)Simulation and prototype design of four body types: The characteristics of four types of body types were analyzed and compared,and the four types of body types were simulated and analyzed by CLO3 D,which were divided into lean body,normal body,slightly fat body,and fat body.The prototype version of the top was established for each type of body type,and CLO3 D software was used for virtual fitting simulation to check the reasonableness of the prototype version.The prototype structure was optimized and adjusted according to the effect of the virtual fitting so that the prototype of the top suitable for the four types of body types was finally obtained.(4)Innovative design and ready-to-wear display of a series of garments based on A body type: Targeted series fashion design was carried out on behalf of A body type among the four types of body types,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of A body type form,combining with fashion trends,determining the clothing silhouette,exploring the silhouette design features suitable for A body type,and playing the role of modifying A body type.From the dressing needs,further,complete the innovative design and product development of clothing based on body shape modification.According to the source of inspiration to determine the series of color and fabric selection,comprehensive consideration of the silhouette,color,and fabric coordination relationship,to complete the final style design rendering.Combine the optimized A body type prototype structure version and design style features for structure design.Use white fabric to make sample garments,analyze the effect of the sample garments through human platform try-on,and test the rationality of the pattern structure.Compare with the style chart,adjust the structure to further complete the series of ready-to-wear designs and production.Based on the data of 30-40 years old women in Central China,this project provides a research basis for the design of four types of prototype patterns.The prototype design further provides a theoretical basis for the innovative design of garments based on body shape research.The designed prototype structure of four types of female tops can provide a reference for the product development of garment enterprises,which improves the fit of garments and can effectively promote the production of enterprises.Through the product design and garment production of A body type,the structural rationality of the four types of prototype versions is verified,and the techniques of product development of A body type are further demonstrated through design means to achieve the purpose of beautifying the human body.
