| As a high-tech enterprise,J Company is committed to the research of the Internet of Things in the oil field industry,and provides intelligent control products for the ground station equipment in the oil field industry.With the application of Internet of Things,5G,cloud computing,big data,artificial intelligence,digital twin and other technologies,the rapid development of oilfield digitization has been promoted,the demand for intelligent products tends to complex and changeable,which brings severe challenges for J Company to adopt the predictive life cycle research and development process.J Company is facing more and more intense competitive pressure,and the existing project management methods cannot adapt to the frequent changes of product requirements,resulting in problems such as slow progress,long delivery cycle,low product quality,and low user satisfaction.Therefore,how to optimize the existing R&D process to adapt to frequent demand changes,so as to improve product quality,user satisfaction and shorten the delivery cycle,is an urgent problem for J Company.This paper takes the existing software development process of J company as the research object,adopts literature research method,interview method,quantitative analysis method and questionnaire survey method,based on Scrum agile framework,improves the software development process of J company,thereby improving product quality,user satisfaction and shortening the delivery cycle,effectively solving the current problems faced by J Company.First of all,by consulting a large number of documents,the paper focuses on systematic research on software project development process,agile related theories,and agile development process based on Scrum framework,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent analysis and improvement of J company’s software development process.Secondly,it analyzes the existing software R&D process of J Company,and finds the problems of long product delivery cycle,low product quality,low user satisfaction and slow response to user needs,and clarifies the scope of optimization and improvement of J Company’s software R&D process.Then,based on the Scrum framework,an improvement plan was designed for J company from the aspects of development team,R&D process,requirements management,schedule management,quality management and suggestions for implementing agile development methods.Finally,by taking the research and development of platform A as an example,the improvement plan is implemented and the effectiveness of the plan is verified.The improvement of J Company’s software R&D process based on the Scrum framework can effectively adapt to the complexity and change of J Company’s product requirements,improve J Company’s software R&D efficiency,product quality,team member satisfaction and user satisfaction,and can respond to market needs in a timely manner.Deliver valuable products to users,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of products and companies.The applied research in this paper also provides a reference for companies that encounter similar problems or wish to use the Scrum method. |
