| The popularity and rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry have gradually become one of the main means of transportation for people in China.At present,the number of accidents in the charging process of new energy vehicles accounts for about one-third of the total accidents.Because of the serious harmful consequences of the accidents,heavy property losses,and bad social impact,its safety has become a major matter related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Therefore,the safety and stability of new energy vehicle charging operation needs to be assisted by scientific and reasonable index system and model,so as to timely understand the safe and orderly state of charging operation and take targeted measures to prevent and control.Based on the dissipative structure theory,entropy theory and other related theories in system science theory,the dissipative structure characteristics of new energy vehicle charging operation were studied for the current situation of new energy vehicle charging operation.The entropy variation index system and safety entropy model based on dissipative structure theory were established to assess the safety stability of new energy vehicle charging operation.And research on safety prevention and control countermeasures was carried out.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Based on the dissipative structure formation conditions,the analysis obtained that the new energy vehicle charging operation system was a typical dissipative structure system.In turn,its openness,nonlinear interactions,far from equilibrium,rise and fall leading to order and other dissipative structure characteristics were analyzed.Clarified the relationship between entropy and stability,and drew the entropy flow diagram.Qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed the energy evolution law,redefined and quantified the safety potential energy,hazard potential energy and synergy potential energy.(2)Divided the factors affecting the safety and stability of new energy vehicle charging operation into two categories,positive entropy flow and negative entropy flow,then further analyzed their influencing factors.After screening by expert scoring method,8 secondary entropy change indicators and 14 tertiary entropy change indicators were finally determined,and introduce a safety-weighted entropy.A scientific and reasonable entropy change index system and safety entropy assessment model of new energy vehicle charging operation were established.Combine the built system with the computer technology to build a network platform.(3)An example application of five types of typical new energy vehicle charging stations in Yantai City,Shandong Province was carried out.Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for verification.The results show that both safety level evaluations are consistent,and the average error of numerical results is 8.24%.This fully illustrated the scientificity,validity and reliability of the proposed index system and model.(4)The weakest link of charging operation safety accidents of new energy vehicles was clarified,and the thermal runaway mechanism and influencing factors of power batteries were analyzed.Used the factors affecting the system evolution dynamics,the prevention and control strategy for optimizing the safety stability of new energy vehicle charging operation.By weakening the trend of positive entropy flow increasing entropy and enhancing the trend of negative entropy flow reducing entropy,we proposed prevention and control strategies to optimize the safety and stability of charging operation of new energy vehicles,including safety guarantee technology and safety management countermeasures.Intrinsically safe design for key components of new energy vehicles,and artificial intelligence technology is used to build a visual platform.The research in this paper combines theoretical research with practical application to provide a theoretical basis for the safety assessment and prevention and control of the charging operation of new energy vehicles.It provides new perspectives and new ideas for the construction of entropy change index system and safety entropy model.To provide a new perspective for strengthening the prevention and control strategy of charging operation safety stability. |
