| In the context of the national "toilet revolution",tourism toilets with public product attributes have become the most important part of China’s tourism infrastructure facilities,small toilets reflect the livelihood of the people,the good or bad toilets affect the image of the scenic spot.After the epidemic era,tourism will certainly usher in the tourists retaliatory consumption,tourism recovery at the same time,tourism toilets and other supporting facilities such as the construction of management and maintenance issues more attention from tourists,tourists,including tourism toilets,tourism services and supporting facilities put forward more new requirements.Therefore,it is especially important for the government authorities to reform and improve the construction,management and maintenance of tourism toilets.This paper selects the tourist toilets in Qingcheng Mountain and Dujiangyan Scenic Area in Dujiangyan City as the research object,based on the perspective of government-led public administration,using public goods theory,new public service theory,public governance theory and other research methods such as literature research method,survey research method and field interview method to systematically sort out the construction,management and maintenance of tourist toilets in the scenic area.The research method includes literature research,survey research,field interviews and quantitative and qualitative analysis.Through the study,it is found that the tourism "toilet revolution" in Dujiangyan has achieved certain results in recent years,but there are still some problems in the tourist toilets in Qingcheng Mountain-Dujiangyan scenic area,such as strong dependence on financial resources,single market operation mode,unreasonable ratio of toilet seats,insufficient facilities,ecological and environmental toilets and smart toilets.environmental protection toilets and intelligent toilets are few.On the basis of systematic analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions with relevance and operability from different perspectives such as funding,operation,management,planning,equipment,environmental protection and wisdom,in order to provide constructive reference for the Dujiangyan Municipal Government and the Qing-Du Bureau and other relevant government authorities to further promote the reform of tourism toilet construction,management and maintenance,and help government departments It is expected to provide constructive reference for the Dujiangyan Municipal Government and the Qing-Du Bureau and other relevant government authorities to further promote the reform of the construction,management and maintenance of tourism toilets,and to help government departments to improve their public management capacity,and to inspire the reform of the construction,management and maintenance of toilets in 5A state-owned tourism scenic spots in the province and the country. |
