Research On The Application Of Modular Garment Component Structure In Wasteland Style

With the continuous development of social economy,scholars and designers in the fashion industry have been exploring how to achieve multi-directional element innovation in fashion design,shorten the cycle of design process,optimize the diversity of resources,and extend and expand the existing fashion methods on the basis of these goals while achieving effective utilization of resources in the process of industrial development.In the middle and late twentieth century,some fashion designers from industrial design by drawing inspiration from the modular design method,study the detachable fashion design category.Modular design promotes the process of fashion democratization,transferring part of the right of design from designers to wearers,giving the latter more freedom of self-expression.Its flexible and ingenious component operation mechanism can greatly reduce the adverse impact of the fashion industry on the environment in the stages of reengineering,maintenance and recycling,which is in line with the development needs of the current sustainable economy.However,most of the existing modular fashion design works are also limited by the modular form,and are not respected by consumers.Too standardized design cannot meet the aesthetic trend of the fashion industry.Lack of uniqueness to meet consumer needs and expectations.Through case analysis and comparison,this paper explores the thinking mode of modular design,combines the design elements of the current popular trend,and then optimizes and innovates the structure of modular components.In the field of clothing design,through the integration experiment of modular component structure and waste soil style,the secondary innovation design practice research is carried out to explore the application method and significance of modular component structure in waste soil style clothing design.
