| With the rapid development of automobile industry,people’s demand for automobiles has changed.Cars have become an essential part of people’s daily life.The rapid development of the automobile industry has also brought a new experience for people to travel.People also pay more and more attention to the quietness and comfort of tires.As a safety component of automobiles,tires have been paid more attention by automobile manufacturers.On the premise of ensuring safety,it will also become the future development trend of the tire industry to continuously improve other quality standards to meet people’s increasing demand for tire quality.Based on the current market background,this paper deeply analyzes the main quality problems faced by the tire manufacturing industry,builds a big data analysis DMAIC model for quality improvement of the tire manufacturing industry,and conducts quality improvement research with enterprise examples.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the spot investigation and in-depth analysis of the tire manufacturing process of M Company.Study the current quality management system of M Company and the quality problems faced in the current production process.Based on the detailed understanding of tire manufacturing process and related production processes,the quality improvement project of tire uniformity was determined.Based on the implementation deadline of the new uniformity standard of M Company,the urgency and seriousness of the improvement project are clarified.(2)In view of the production characteristics of the tire manufacturing industry,a BDA-DMAIC model is built based on the DMAIC improvement process and big data analysis method to improve the implementation of DMAIC at each stage.This paper discusses and analyzes the improved model from two aspects: DMAIC’s demand for data analysis,big data analysis and DMAIC’s complementary advantages,and clarifies the feasibility of big data analysis to improve the DMAIC model.At last,we deeply studied the expression of big data analysis methods in the five stages of DMAIC,and then built a complete BDA-DMAIC model.(3)Taking the improvement of uniformity quality in the tire production process of M Company as the research object,BDA-DMAIC model is used to improve the uniformity defects in the tire production process.In the improvement project,the DMAIC classical improvement structure combined with the powerful algorithm and analysis ability of big data analysis is used to identify the key factors that affect the tire uniformity defects and improve them.Finally,the improvement effect is verified by comparing the uniformity quality defect rate before and after the improvement.This paper not only adds a new scheme on the road of in-depth application and improvement of DMAIC model,which enriches the theoretical research on big data analysis and improvement of DMAIC model,but also applies the improved BDA-DMAIC model to the production quality improvement project in the tire manufacturing industry.By applying the improved model,the defect rate of tire production uniformity was reduced from 0.6% to0.17% within 6 months.To lay a solid foundation for M Company to deploy new uniformity quality standards on time.It improves the economic efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise.It has certain practical significant. |
