China’s economic strength continues to strengthen,becoming the world’s second largest economy,which has led to an increasing demand and consumption of energy.In this process,petroleum energy is regarded as the top priority of China’s strong country strategy,and relevant enterprises need to adapt to policy requirements and improve their competitiveness.Among them,Z Petroleum NX Sales Company,as one of the oil sales enterprises,is faced with competitive pressures such as weak Bargaining power of suppliers,strong Bargaining power of buyers,increasing number of potential entrants year by year,and strong competitiveness of competitors.In addition,there are also some problems with company marketing,such as product homogenization,inability to adjust prices independently,weak expansion of sales channels,and difficulty in responding to market demand through promotional strategies.In order to solve these problems,we can use STP theory and 4Ps Marketing mix strategy to propose effective marketing strategies.Specifically,differentiated products and services can be provided tailored to different consumer needs through market segmentation,target market selection,and positioning strategies;Develop Marketing mix strategies through products,prices,channels and promotions to improve market share and sales.At the same time,in order to ensure the efficient execution of the strategy,it is also necessary to propose guarantee measures for the marketing strategy of Z Petroleum NX Sales Company.This includes establishing a sound marketing organization and management system,strengthening market information monitoring and analysis,improving the performance and quality of marketing personnel,and improving after-sales service.Overall,this article has reference and guidance significance for marketing strategies of oil sales enterprises and industries,and also has practical and long-term significance for the development of the economy and society.
