In the modern national defense,many misssle remote control systems are very large and the communication is very frequent among the systems or within the system.The requirements to the shared data are more and more higher in the system and the amount of information in the communication systems is increasing rapidly.The traditional remote control systems do not well consider the impact of the information security,but it considers more about the real-time and reliability of the system itself.So it is particularly important to encrypt the data.This research uses AES algorithm in the misssle remote control system after having a full study about the AES encryption algorithm and takes some strategies:using look-up table to simplify SubByte,using matrix theory and Galois theory to optimize key expand operation and MixColumn based on the characteristics of the algorithm itself.This research achieves the purpose of simplifying the round function.The design of the hardware uses ARM+FPGA+ARM structure in order to make a general board form.This design uses ARM to control the network port in order to realize the Ethernet IEEE 802.3 of Ethernet packet format.It uses FPGA to implement the encryption and decryption of the AES algorithm and realizes receiving,forwarding and other works.This research also takes some necessary analyses to the result.The result shows that the design can encrypt the data effectively.
