| With the rapid development of the theory of intelligent substation and IEC61850 standard, more and more traditional substations have been replaced by the smart substations. Three-remote system, which is the system with the functions of telemetering, remote signalling and remote control, is the most important part of the intelligent substation, and is the main test items in the process of the intelligent substation acceptance check. In addition, FPGA technology is developing rapidly and the cost of FPGA chips is getting lower and lower. The internal resources of FPGA chip are more abundant and FPGA technology is more suitable for degigning the large-scale systems. Therefore, based on FPGA platform and IEC61850 standard, the thesis designed and implemented the three-remote test system of intelligent substation by the hardware and the software. And the system measurement was realized at the same time. The main works included:1) The meanings of three-remote system, the contents and requirements of the three-remote technology in intelligent substation were described. Then, for the test contents of three-remote technology, the functions of the three-remote test system were analyzed.2) Based on FPGA chip, the hardware circuits of the three-remote test system were studied in-deep, which included the subsystems of power, information interaction, analog signals processing and digital signals processing. The schemes of circuit designing were presented. Moreover, the problems encountered in the circuit design were investigated and the corresponding solutions were presented in this thesis.3) The software architecture of the three-remote testing system chip was studied based on the hardware design. The software schemes and modules were given, which covered the subsytems of information interaction, analog signals processing and digital signals processing. The functions of the modules were described, which should satisfy the functional requirements of the test-three remote technology.4) The measurement of the realized system was carried out finally. From three aspects of the telemetering, remote signaling and remote control, the test results and analysis were given. The results showed that the implemented test system could satisfy the requirements of the three-remote technology. |
