As the energy storage density of new energy equipment becomes higher and higher,the safety measuring voltage and output power of new energy components and equipment are constantly improving.In order to guarantee the personal safety of safety testers,accurately predict the insulation deterioration trend of tested products,and improve the level of intelligent safety testing and control,it is urgent to develop a new safety testing instrument with remote intelligent testing and control ability.The traditional safety tester determines whether the insulation performance of the tested product is qualified or not according to the set threshold value,but it cannot dynamically identify the insulation deterioration degree and predict the insulation deterioration trend.In view of the current situation,this topic will study and design a remote real-time safety monitoring and control system with high reliability,to realize the dynamic parameter analysis function in the safety testing process,and to predict the insulation deterioration degree of the tested product in real-time.In this paper,the dynamic testing and analysis method of arc safety gauge based on FPGA is firstly studied.The real-time waveform of test voltage,leakage current and arc discharge is collected by FPGA,and the characteristic parameters such as discharge waveform,discharge energy spectrum and discharge frequency spectrum are dynamically obtained by arc signal processing algorithm.The initial discharge voltage and insulation deterioration trend are captured according to the changing rule of discharge energy spectrum and discharge frequency spectrum;Secondly,the real-time communication technology of remote safety test system based on UDT and Protocol Buffers is studied,and the communication Protocol of application layer is developed;Finally,the software design of the remote safety test system is introduced,including the design of the testing and communication software of the on-site safety tester,and the design of the remote safety test and control platform.Users can log in and register,realtime measurement,waveform display,data analysis and other functions on Web pages.The function and performance of the new remote safety measurement and control system developed in this thesis meet the design objectives,and have passed the acceptance of the entrusted unit in April 2022.Based on the existing safety measuring instrument,the system adds the quantitative measurement function and remote real-time measurement and control function of the discharge quantity of the tested product before insulation collapse.The system judges the insulation deterioration degree of the tested product through the discharge characteristic information,which greatly improves the detection ability of micro-insulation defects.It is of great value to accurately study the insulation degradation process of the tested product and ensure the safety of safety test.
