| The airborne test system is the core equipment of the flight test.It is used to collect a variety of analog data and digital data, and then record, analysis and process these data. There are several questions in the data transmission of PCM,such as poor performance of anti-interference,limited transmission distance at high sampling rate and so on.Therefore, conventional PCM system can’t meet the growing testing demand for large aircraft. The real-time industrial EtherCAT,which has superior performance, can meet the real-time,synchronization,reliability,high-speed and many other requirements of on-broad test system. So the airborne networking test systems based on EtherCAT has broad application prospects.Combine with the laboratory research project "research, implementation and verfication of the key technology of data acquisition system based on EtherCAT",this paper mainly focuses on the design and implementation of Ethernet slave in airborne test system. In this paper,I describe the development status of the airborne test system, analyzed the demand changes of the airborne test systems and development tendency of network tests. Then presente the EtherCAT communication protocols, system components and IENA agreement, then analyze the operating principle of the bus monitor module and data processing of EtherCAT master, propose the design needs of the bus monitor module, and determine the system design on the PowerPC440 platform.According to the system design scheme, the function of software and hardware is divided, and define interfaces between software and hardware,Complete interrupt processing subroutine and IENA frame packing process in cross-development environment.Through building system joint test platform, the functions of entire Ethernet slave has been verified, and the test results show that the Ethernet slave is designed reasonable to achieve the intended objective. |
