Design Of Terminal Test System For ABS ECU Production Line Based On EtherCAT Bus

As the core control part of ABS,ABS ECU plays an important role in driving safety.With the increase of vehicle demand,the production scale of ABS ECU keeps expanding and the production beat keeps accelerating.How to ensure the quality of ABS ECU offline products under large-scale and fast-paced working conditions has become a key issue.Based on the test requirements of an enterprise and the working principle of ABS ECU,the test content of ABS ECU is formulated in this paper.According to the test content,the ABS ECU production line terminal test system is designed with slave station software,hardware and master station software.The test system slave station is based on the embedded system,through the UDS diagnosis protocol based on the CAN bus and the measurement and control circuit to complete the hardware fault detection of the ABS ECU offline products.Based on the Ether CAT bus,the test processes of multiple test system slave stations are transmitted to the test system master station in real time.The test system master station uses a PC equipped with Twin CAT software to realize the function of Ether CAT master station,and uses Qt to write application software to communicate with Twin CAT software to complete the start-stop control of multiple test system slave stations and display,storage and analysis of test data.This article uses the designed terminal test system for ABS ECU production line to test ABS ECU offline products.The results show that the test system slave station can quickly complete the hardware circuit test of ABS ECU offline products,and the test system master station can remotely control and monitor the test progress of multiple test system slave stations in real time and analyze the test data.
