Application Of Green Energy-saving Technologies And Solar Technology In Residential Building Design

At this stage,China’s social economy is in a stable development stage.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous progress of urbanization,the construction industry has also meets the chance of a speedy development.However,the rapid development of this industry has also brought many problems,the issue of energy consumption is more prominent.Owing to the scale of the current construction projects and carrying capacity are increasing day by day,a lot of social energy is consumed,and to a certain extent,it also hinders the sustainable development of social economy.Civil construction accounts for a large proportion in the construction industry,and is most closely related to people’s production and life.In the actual use process,the energy consumption of civil buildings is also more prominent.To better solve the problem of higher energy consumption,this paper gets a full knowledge of the application of energy saving technologies at home and abroad as well as the energy saving technologies and green buildings based on reviewing a lot of references.And it then summarizes the common green building energy-saving technologies and renewable energy utilization technologies;At last,it summarizes and criticizes the application of energy saving technologies in and the solar energy technology in Project A and finds that the application of energy saving technologies could effectively reduce the energy consumption in residential buildings which is worth promoting in the construction industry.
